BadBoy CCleaner: Filter Crap From Chat Updated less than 3 days ago!

This is a plugin for BadBoy

Main features:

Removes chat lines that contain certain words.

Optional features:

Add/remove your own words to/from the list.
Remove raid icons from public chat.

Type /badboy to configure. Note: BadBoy_CCleaner will only scan official public channels (gen/trade/etc) and Yells.

The name BadBoy_CCleaner is inspired from the much loved freeware Windows program CCleaner which is used by millions of people to remove crap from their computers.

v3.50 - Fixed raid icon removal, updated config

v3.26 - bump toc, attempt to fix a bug where raid icons in chat weren't removed when the option was enabled.

v3.25 - Don't lower all text when the clear raid icon feature is enabled.

v3.20 - Now scans yells, an option to disable this will be added in a future version

v3.12 - GUI fix for latest badboy

v3.11 - Add "dirge" to the default list, sort the list alphabetically, bump to 40000.

v3.05 - minor tweaks/bugfixes

v3.01 - bugfix a possible login error

v3.00 - re-write, now allows you to add your own words, and replace raid icons in public channels with spaces.

v2.3.1 - filters [something] in my pants

v2.3.0 - filters "rape", "murloc", "[turd]" as requested

v2.2.1 - 3.3 update

v2.2.0 - Add "harry potter", "chuck norris" and [legendary item] to the filter. I do still plan on allowing user additions ingame, eventually.

v2.1.3 - blacklist & toc update

v2.1.2 - Added "My [Willy] something [something]" variants.

v2.1.1 - Added "[item] in bed" variants to the filter.

v2.1.0 - Far greater macro and spam detection capabilities.

v2.0.0 - New anti-macro feature, now strips any spammed lines in trade/gen/etc down to 1 line.

v1.0.0 - Release.

Same here. I've been pulling down every update of the main addon, but the skulls seem to be getting through. Is there something from this piece of it that needs to be downloaded? Should I be downloading both pieces I use (don't use the 'by level' filter) even tho this doesn't show as being changed?

and commented line 42

Assuming I don't like my guildies because I want to filter out the word grats is pretty silly.

Somehow we've collected an exceptional amount of people that macro, and use an addon to auto grats and it get's overwhelming at times. Especially when a lot have raid icons.

You could have simply made it an option to filter guild chat. Just because you don't want or need it doesn't mean everyone else feels the same

So you can either tell me what to add or edit out or I can figure it out on my own. Thanks for your support

Yes, the limitation of, "I saw no reason to filter the guild channel", and still don't. This is mainly to keep the monkeys out of my chatbox, I do not consider my guildies and friends "monkeys", if you do, all I can advise is find a better guild.

Why in the world would you leave out the guild channel? Or is there a limitation that enforces that?
