Thought I'd let you know that the raid targets are passing through your filters, for some odd reason.
Started happening since 4.3, and I've updated the addon yeah.

Sorry if this has been asked before but lately the infamous legendary item linking has started up again (Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker) on my server of late in trade. Is there a way to this mod to stop seeing a message containing that item link? The weapon name itself is to long to be typed in via the ingame gui.

You will also need to remove the 3rd line in the filter function, line 42, by commenting it out (using --).

Added here and it isn't filtering: Code:
ChatFrame_AddMessageEventFilter("CHAT_MSG_CHANNEL", filter)
ChatFrame_AddMessageEventFilter("CHAT_MSG_YELL", filter)
ChatFrame_AddMessageEventFilter("CHAT_MSG_GUILD", filter)

Add it under the other filters. |

Somehow we've collected an exceptional amount of people that macro, and use an addon to auto grats and it get's overwhelming at times. Especially when a lot have raid icons. You could have simply made it an option to filter guild chat. Just because you don't want or need it doesn't mean everyone else feels the same ![]() So you can either tell me what to add or edit out or I can figure it out on my own. Thanks for your support ![]() |

Yes, the limitation of, "I saw no reason to filter the guild channel", and still don't. This is mainly to keep the monkeys out of my chatbox, I do not consider my guildies and friends "monkeys", if you do, all I can advise is find a better guild.

Well that's some useful information right there in your post
But the description of the addon states."Note: BadBoy_CCleaner will only scan official public channels (gen/trade/etc) and Yells" |

For example, I'm trying to filter the word grats from guild chat in any and all shapes forms spelling etc. It simply doesn't work period. |
