A really simple UI mod to make the player and target health bars change slowly to red as HP decreases. I know other mod packages already do this, but I couldn't find a standalone package for this feature. Inspired by (outdated) mod "JDHP".

Thanks for the report! It was indeed broken. I had forgotten to remove a constant from an earlier development version. Should be working now.
