Sifter adds extra information to the tooltips of ore and gems to help miners and jewelcrafters prospect their ore.

Features

Show all results for prospecting ore
List all ore sources for gems in drop rate order
Item names are colored by item rarity
All item names are pulled from the game client, less information is stored in the addon

Item Cache

Previous versions required user interaction to ensure the local item cache was up to date after a patch. New versions (2.0 and beyond) handle this task automatically. While the cache is being updated, some items might display "Updating Cache" instead of the prospecting information. Once the updating process is complete, simply mouse-over the items again and you will see the useful information. Updating the cache takes roughly two minutes from when your character logs into the game.

Even weapons and armor are resetting between sessions. My best advice is to open the sifter frame when you start up. I'll see if I can get around the stack overflow problem so the error stops coming up.

This last time I moused over Saronite Ore in my bags and the error popped again. I opened sifter's scan frame, "updated" all of them, /reload and moused over again with no errors.

Oddly, I also have Iron Ore in my bags. When I mouseover there is no errors. However, I disabled AtlasLootReverse and I got the error when I moused over the Iron Ore.

My best guess is that it has something to do with sifter's caching since I seem to always get an "out of date" message at every log in. Once I "update" everything for the millionth time, no errors pop up.

Can you reproduce this without AtlasLootReverse? I think it might be something with that LibExtraTip that is causing the issue, I just crafted stuff on my JC, Engineer, and had a friend load Sifter and craft some armor on his Blacksmith and we could not get a C stack overflow error.

Edit: Also, what were you mousing over that caused the problem?
