Raid UI - Or the closest I can get to showing Grid at the moment.
Yttrium UI (1280x1024)
So, for a long time I had used many Compilations or tried my hand at a UI but never any, I thought, were up to scratch so I decided to create one which would be worthy for an upload. There I present you...
Yttrium UI v1
I got my inspiration from a raiding UI from a guild member of Wraith (Ysondre EU - Big thanks!), however, they were using a widescreen monitor, which I know I and many others do not have so I decided to try and recreate this with a personal touch. It ended up quite different from what I initially wanted it but here we are! Credit goes to Caith for the base for the PitBull frames which I plan to do an overhaul on when I have found a design which suits the feel of the UI.
This is a very lightweight UI considering the presence of Recount which probably accounts for at least half of it alone. Personally I run at ~100FPS on max settings with this UI and my computer is definately not top notch.
Note: If you do not know what an AddOn does, please Google it or look on either WoWInterface.com or Curse.com they WILL be here.
Recommended AddOns not included:
There are a few AddOns which I haven't included in this package which I just could not live without and I recommend you download them to make your WoW game time more enjoyable!
Auctioneer - Make your time at the AH so much easier!
OPie - A radial key-binding AddOn. An AMAZING AddOn which I would put as my #1 AddOn of all time.
Peggle - Who doesn't love Peggle?
Postal - Make mail collection easy!
PowerAuras - Just see for yourself.
TinyPad - A very simple, ingame notepad.
Setup Instructions:
Pre-requisite: If you are going to install this, please read ALL of the following right until the end as it should explain everything you need to know!
Delete or backup your Fonts, Interface and WTF Folders in another location from the core World of Warcraft folder.
Extract Yttrium UI 1280x1024 and move the Fonts, Interface and WTF Folders into your core World of Warcraft folder.
Open up the WTF folder, open the account folder. Rename the folder named <YOUR ACCOUNT NAME> as it suggests making sure it is written in BLOCK CAPITALS. Open this renamed folder and rename the folder named <Your Server> as it suggests. Open this folder and rename <Your Character> as the name of the character you will play on.
Now log in to World of Warcraft!
Once you get to the character selection page, click on the AddOns button in the bottom left and make sure they are all enabled and Out of Date AddOns is enabled also. Enter World of Warcraft.
Now, the AddOns will look all messy but do not worry, you still have a bit of enabling before it is useable.
In-Game Configuration:
Bartender4 - /bar -> Choose the profile YttriumUI 1280x1024
Pitbull4 - /pb -> Choose the profile YttriumUI 1280x1024
Mapster - /mapster -> Choose the profile YttriumUI 1280x1024
Chatter - /chatter -> Choose the profile YttriumUI 1280x1024
EavesDrop - /ed -> Choose the profile YttriumUI 1280x1024
SLDataText - /sldt -> Choose the profile YttriumUI 1280x1024
Quartz - /quartz -> Choose the profile YttriumUI 1280x1024
ForteXcorcist - /fx -> Choose the profile YttriumUI 1280x1024
Omen - /omen config -> Choose the profile Default [I will fix this in a later version :P ]
Recount - Press Escape (Go to the Main Menu) -> Interface -> AddOns -> Recount -> Profiles -> Choose the profile YttriumUI 1280x1024
simpleMinimap - Right click the minimap -> Choose the profile YttriumUI 1280x1024
kgPanels - /kgpanels config -> General Options -> Layouts -> Yttrium UI -> Activate
WARNING: Once you have done this, the chances are some AddOns won't have enabled properly, namely SLDataText. Just log off and log back in and they fix themselves!
Bartender4 Information: 8 action bars are also hidden in the centre of the UI. If you want to see them, type /bar and choose Bar 3. Now go onto the 'Visibility' tab and uncheck 'Always Hide'. Bar 3 will now appear in the middle of the screen. Repeat this for bars 4-10 aswell and they will all be present. Put all your spells and abilities on these bars that you need, you will have more than enough space. Now you can start keybinding! By typing /kb you enable keybinding; hover your mouse over the button and press the keybind you wish for it to be bound to, you may choose more than one keybind if you desire. Once you have done this for the ones you require you can now hide bars 3-10 once again and all the keybindings will work!
Omen and Recount Toggling: Go into the Blizzard Keybindings section (Esc -> Main Menu -> Key Bindings) and scroll right the way down to the bottom. Somewhere in this vicinity, you will find you are able to set keybinds from Toggle Omen and Toggle Recount; for me this is F11 and F12. I can now toggle Recount and Omen very easily with the push of a button with no worries about macros or ugly minimap buttons.
NB: All AddOns are easily updated alone however do NOT update Quartz or rBuff on your own as I have edited their Lua code to fit with in the UI. Also, do not update SharedMedia or you could potentially lose all kgPanels settings.
I think that is it for now! If you have any questions not mentioned here then feel free to comment and I will be happy to answer. If there is anything I have missed or there is something wrong with my UI on upload that is initially not obvious to fix, please also mention it so I can fix that for future versions!

Any help?
If my profile is not appearing then you are doing something wrong. Make sure you have followed the steps exactly.

Originally posted by Sumixam Any tips on setting up Omen, Recount and the chat bars the way you have them? I couldn't move the chat box nor could I resize it. I also couldn't figure out how to resize the timer bar. I spent about twenty minutes trying to get everything setup to where it was somewhat manageable(my own fault). Having to set it up for each character is going to be fun
When is that YouTube video coming? Lol.
Great mod.
Omen and Recount istructions are on the front page. Please read it all!
If you have chosen the correct Chatter profile then it will work. It worked for me when I tested it on alts and my laptop which had no WoW information on what-so-ever. If you have chosen the correct profile and it doesn't work then here are the instructions to move, resize and make transparent.
Hover over the General tab until it shows, right click and unlock the window. To resize, hover your mouse over the bottom right corner and left click to drag around. To move the frame just hover your mouse over the general tab and just drag into position. To change the font and transparency just type /chatter and find the options to do so. It should be fairly simple.

Unfortunately, without the screenshot I can't really help you. But it seems like you need to move bartender bars. Type /bar and then up the top there should be a Lock Bars button, just click that and move the bars or you can hide them.

Originally posted by Olindo Do you know how we could possibly set it up for a widescreen? I can not seem to find out without completley screwing up the ui, like my chat frame overlaps bars or something
You can move the chat frame manually by yourself, otherwise most of it should fit fine, except for maybe the top kgPanel.
xvky22: Thanks for the feedback. I don't really want to add bag mods, raiding mobs and such because a lot are personal preference. Personally I don't use a bag AddOn but others use ArkInventory or OneBag so I let them get their own of choice. Raiding mods are also guild preference.
This UI is intended for the visible stuff instead of a whole package.

oh btw, i love your UI compilation! <3 its perfect for my standards, im going to try too raid with it tonight. we'll see how it goes. might need to tweak it. other then that. i had to add some additional mods. TBag, DBM, Thank God, FishingAce, and Double Wide.
Originally posted by Drspanky Those are the results I got let me know if I may have missed something please liking this UI although my binds are all..tangled.
Looks like it is working fine visibilty-wise. However I notice your Statline for SLDataText shows AP rather than SP since you are a priest. For this type /sldt and go to the Statline tab and it should be self-explanitary from there.
I've also updated the front page to show how you can get extra keybinds from Bartender and how to toggle Omen and Recount easily.
Hope you are liking it so far!
EDIT: Made the front page slightly more aesthetically pleasing.
