Mini-Targ with Status Bar Module

Mini-Targ Status Bar Module

Created as an optional addition to Mini-Targ. This does depend on Mini-Targ to work correctly.

This module adds verticle HP and MP bars for the target and attach it to the Mini-Targ frame so when Mini-Targ shows, so do the bars. The HP shows percent of HP remaining in numerical format the MP does not.

There shouldn't need to be that much updating done to the module until I include user settings in both mods, but if you find a bug let me know.
