Tourguide framework was not designed to handle the type of rotating

TourGuide, but just-in-case, I am putting out an advance notice to

For that I'd suggest the EveryQuest addon, and check off all listed quests in the zones. It is unlikely anyone will ever create full zone TourGuides. Adding the license in the whole HELP + LICENSE section under a TG guide is completely wrong! You don't need to help players by teaching them how TG works, and put the license in a file that comes with the zip. that's useless data and it should be removed asap. There, I fixed it. Thanks. I didn't forget it though: there's actually a bug that prematurely marks it turned-in. This is fixed in the dev version, which I should be pushing out in next couple days.
