LUI v2.0 WoW User Interface by Louí <In Fidem> - Das Syndikat
After the overwhelming feedback for LUI v1.0 i decided to work on an interface for all of you.
It combines an absolute clean solo layout with an informative, well structured ui for raider.
It's your choice! You can decide witch parts of the UI are visible and which are not.
To bring something totally new, all panels will show/hide with an remarkable nice alpha slide effect.
After 5 weeks of hard work, hundreds of cigarettes and many sleepless nights i'm very proud to release LUI v2.0!

Originally posted by Dartanius pitbull/bartender work fine on the PTR. i usually update mods for myself and the guild prior to a new version being released because i see the error's that are thrown (usually function changes/calls) and just update them to the new standard and release them to the guild. I can get a list of errors that are thrown with LUI's compilation and attempt to fix all the broken parts to attempt to make it work on PTR. I've just been busy trying to get the 1920 profile fixed to work with the 1200 vs 1080 without swapping to the 1680 resolution. I will work on it this weekend to fix all the broken mods.
cool... maybe i'll check this out.
there are several weeks until v3.3 will be released so everything is gonna be ok :-)
Originally posted by loui if there are problems on the ptr i guess thats not because of LUI.
its because many addons like pitbull, bartender or other stuff is just not up2date for 3.3.
so we have to wait until a 3.3 compatible version of these addons is available.
i will update the ui after the release of patch 3.3 as fast as possible.

Originally posted by heine0102 tip LUI: change the Health background color to be slightly Lighter, its kinda hard to see when your pet, you or your target has lost any health.
tastes are different.
if you want it lighter... make it lighter :-)
Originally posted by heine0102 okay so i addressed the issue with my Debuff tracker Forte exorcist, when i type in Serpent sting in the "Customize: [ ]" and add a Color change to it... it ****s up. I dont know whats causing it, but when i change Serpent sting to be green, then for some stupid reason suddenly Forte exorcist begins tracking other hunters Serpent stings aswell.
Forexample: i shoot serpent sting at a target, All is fine, then the other hunter does the same, still no problem, mine is still accurate, then a Snowbold spawns at Northrend beasts and i apply serpent sting to that, target(i can still see Serpent sting on boss, and its still accurate) when i loose Serpent sting on the boss, everything is still fine, but when i target the boss again, suddenly the Serpent sting is tracked again(and i didn't apply it), its the other hunters serpent sting running on the boss...
when i target a new mob, Serpent sting tracker ****s up, as if the addon lost the "debuff ID of my previous cast" its a bit hard to explain, but its perfectly fine when i set the color of the debuff to "none" but when its "Show color: #123123(green)" suddenly it does all that **** again.
and its not another addon ****ing it up, i tryed disabling all addons except forte, and it still did it.. : /
thats fortExorcist. maybe the official authors can help.
you also have the option to delete fortExorcist or just disable the spelltimer and choose a different addon.
Originally posted by Azekar I noticed the UI doesn`t work with patch 3.3
Is there a plan to update it before it comes live? Or will we have to wait a while after it`s deployed?
Absolutely fantastic job by the way.
Thank you for this
