CDWatch

CDWatch does exactly what the name says, it watches for cooldowns that are used. Much like "ThatsANewOne" which I wrote before, the data is placed in a chatwindow of your choosing. You can change which chat window the data is outputted in by typing: /cdw frame 1-7 In chat.

You can also make CDWatch report cooldowns used in a number of channels, such as /p /ra /y /s /1 /2 /3 /4 /5 /6 /7, by typing, for example: /cdw report ra

Release 1a:
Very minor work on command line configuration.

Release 1:
Some bug fixes, a lot of code clean-ups. Player names now clickable.

Beta 3a:
Very minor fix changing the internal name of a frame that was copy pasted over from another addon I did. There's no need to update from beta 3 to beta 3a unless you're encountering issues using both "ThatsANewOne" and CDWatch.

Beta 3:
Added the option for CDWatch to report cooldowns used in several channels.
Changed command line syntax.

Beta 2:
Fixed a bug that caused an entry of Divine Sacrifice being displayed for everyone within 30 yards of the Paladin. Fixed a bug that caused cooldowns from outside the party/raid being shown.

It should only report anything from people you are in a party (or raid) with, however considering how you can see the enemy arena team as a party it might actually work for that. I wouldn't count on it though.

It will at the very least disregard spells used by non-players (pets/npcs). I hope that helps.

what i mean is, will it detect if an enemy casts hand of sacrifice or does it only track friendlys

If you're talking about arena cooldowns you're probably also talking about things like trinkets, fel domination, and other pvp related things- for that though, there's much better addons out there.
