I haven't played Wow in months...No More Updates.

--v3.2 --
I've gone back to using a modified Default castbar setup I like better than what was in 3.1.
Added in minimalist and trimmed out a few other addons by integrating some of them into my !LanSettings addon.
Eventually I will probably rip out what I like in minimalist and put it into !LanSettings as well.

It's pretty annoying being in the middle of my screen but i love the layout.

Filger, you have to go into the addon folder and look at the lua to configure the position (turn on config mode, drag items into place with shift/alt/ctrl modifier + left click on the upper left corner). Once set then turn off config mode.

Modified version of Copper. It colors the minimap and default action bar too.

Target buffs and debuffs are handled by the default Unitframes that I only change the look of though a change of textures.

There is no addon to edit in my v1.1 compilation. You will have to find one to do that for you.

Sorry i don't know of an addon that will filter stuff on the defaults frames. There could be one out there though. Try on Curse.
