fujiUI 1680x1050 patch
fujiUI

This is my 1680 x 1050 patch for fujiUI by Treelet. I have included my own mods in the Interface as I'm way too lazy to filter them out.

It mostly fixes font sizes and kgPanels to give a cleaner look for our resolution.

It's in friggin' BETA. Report bugs.

Not much more to say, addons used are on fujiUI's own AddOn page except for DeadlyBossMods and nRune which I added myself.

-- Fixed AzCastBar font sizes.
-- Included Interface and Fonts folder for completion. NOTE: This brings in my personal addons, live with it.
-- Fixed a few more panels for kgPanels.
-- Fixed sThreatMeter2 font sizes.
-- Fixed a proper rune display for Death Knights using nRune.
-- Fix'd MSBT font sizes. (Atleast I think so.)

Enable it in Chat Tab -> Settings -> Enable class colors.

There are no colors for names in chat like in the original fujiUI. I looked at the lua file for !LynColors and they look the same, so I'm at a loss.

Just tried it on my laptop while at work, everything as far as text appears to be good.

This was after a clean install of your Font, Interface, WTF folders.

Laptop is a 15.4" wide-screen running 1680x1050.

I have updated the patch now and it's awaiting approval as far as I know. Please, try it out and report errors to me as we might have come across a problem here.

Make sure to check the change log aswell as that's where to find the addons that need testing.

Thanks, I'm going to include the Interface folder next time so LynStats and such addons have their changes made aswell.

All those fonts have been changed, I'm in the process of zipping it up right now and I'll upload as soon as I can.

As for the screensize, I run on a 22'' monitor on 1680x1050 using Pixel_68 and "9" seems to be the font for me. What is the font size you're using that gives you a clear font?

Only thing I've come across so far last night, and I wouldn't really call it a bug but more or less having to do with text size, is that some of the fonts for things where a little blurry still until I changed the font size.

Here are the addons that had blurry text. (There could be more, but not that I have noticed yet)

LynStats
--Font size from install = 11
--Adjusted font size = 9

ACB (casting bars)
--Font size from install = 11
--Adjusted font size = 9

Aloft (name plates)
--Font size from install = I don't remember
--Adjusted font size = 6

MSBT (battle text)
--Font size from install = 11
--Adjusted font size = 9

All of the above addons are using the font "Pixel 68" if I recall.

It is also possible that if your fonts are showing correctly but the sizes are different than the "adjusted" sizes I mentioned above, then I believe even though I am running 1680x1050 it may have something to do with screen size and therefor pixel density, as I know that can have a tremendous impact on font size when using pixel fonts.

I am using a 22" monitor.

Now that I don't need to do this, I can spend more time enjoying the UI and providing any feedback as necessary.
