BetterSetCursor

BetterSetCursor replaces the Blizzard API function SetCursor. It provides a few advantages over the default API:

Supports both TGA and BLP textures
Works with arbitrary texture paths (Blizzard broke this in patch 3.1)
Allows anchoring from any point on the cursor texture

It does share one limitation with SetCursor - it will only work while the cursor is over a UI frame (i.e., not the 3D world). This is a Blizzard limitation and there is no known workaround.
