Mage Nuggets is a lightweight addon to make the lives of Mages a little easier. This addon is for mages but will work for any class. No configuration is needed. All notifications are sent privately. This addon does NOT spam raid or party chat.

USE: "/magenuggets options"

Mirror Image Timer:
A timer will be displayed showing exactly when your Mirror Images expire. Your threat is neutral while your images are active and the timer helps manage when to drop your aggro.

Slow Fall:
When Slow Falling a party member a editable message will be sent to notify them that they have been Slow Falled. You may have three messages that are selected at random. Hardly anyone notices when you slowfall them. Why let such a wonderful spell go to waste.

Living Bomb Counter:
Displays the number of targets you currently have Living Bomb on and a status bar showing the duration of your last casted Living Bomb

Realtime Crit% and Spell Power and Hit monitor:
Shows your real time Crit% , spell power, and Hit. Helps you stay in range of useful raid members such as Boomkins with their +5% Crit and Shamans spellpower totems. When you target a enemy the monitor will display the hit and crit rating against that target including all crit and hit debuffs on the target. This helps to let you know if your warlock is keeping his 5% crit up or if you need to reapply scorch. Also lets you know if you are hit capped by displaying 'capped'. The Hit displayed takes into account the talents 'Precision' and if you are arcane, 'Arcane Focus'. Also fun to watch when trinkets proc. This window is resizable.

Polymorph:
You will be notified when someone breaks your Polymorphed mob.

SpellSteal:
Notifies you when you successfully steal something and tells you what you stole in a linkable format.

Water Elemental Timer:
Displays how long before your Water Elemental expires.

SpellSteal Monitor:
Displays stealable buffs on enemies that you have targeted. Some buffs were just ment to be stolen and this helps you find them. If you don't have Spellsteal on your bars, you will. This window is resizable

Focus Magic:
A editable message will be sent notifying the person you casted Focus Magic on. You may have three different messages that will be selected at random. If a Mage Focused Magic you a editable message thanking them will be sent.

Innervate:
Displays who Innervated you and sends them a editable message thanking them for their kind deed. Druids need love to.

Bloodlust:
You will be notified which Shaman's bloodlust you are affected by.

Camera Zoom:
Allows you to zoom the camera out past the default range for maximum situational awareness.

Mage Proc Monitor
Displays your proc till it is consumed. Great for Tier8 4x

Mage Procs:
You will be notified when you acquire a Mage proc.
Examples: Hot Streak, Missile Barrage, Brain Freeze, Fingers of Frost, Praxis(Tier8 2x)

Boss Buffs:
You will be notified when you acquire certain special buffs during boss fights.
Example:Storm Power(+135% Crit Damage):Acquired during Hodir by touching someone with the Storm Cloud Buff.
Example: Fungal Creep(+50% Crit Rating):Acquired during Loatheb by killing a spore at close range.
Example: Toasty Fire(Immune to Freeze and Biting Cold):Acquired during Hodir by standing in range of a camp fire.
Example: Aura of Celerity(+20% Haste):Acquired during Thorim when a Priest mindcontrols a Warbringer.

Actual Shield Absorb:
Displays the actual amount of damage your shields can absorb. The amount of damage your shields absorbed is partly related to your current spell power. This will notify you how much actual damage a shield will absorb when you apply it. The more spellpower, the more damage they can take.

*NOTE Certain parts of Mage Nuggets require that the in-game combat text be enabled to fully function but it is not required for the addon the work. Only the core component of the in-game combat text is required for these parts of the addon to function.

Interface > Combat Text > "Enable Floating Combat Text".

All sub-categories below this option can be unchecked

Do you mean the mage proc combat text? There is a option to disable those.

I added an option for you in the new version. In the options at the bottom right is a check box for "Disable Console Text". This will stop any notifications from being sent to your chat console. Thanks for using mage nuggets!

Yes sir, the next version which I am done with (just need some testing) will have a option to turn off all in game combat text, allowing you to use a 3rd party combat text.

I have used an addon called Spellcraft for a while but it is no longer being supported because the author protests Blizzard's addon policy. I was wondering if you could incorporate some of the functionality into this addon which I think would not only make it even more useful but would allow me to stop loading the old addon. 1) Add a minimap button that would open a frame with all the portals available to the appropriate level and the heartstone. 2) Have a frame that (when at the appropriate vendor) has buttons on it to buy reagents up to a maximum level, sell all grey quality items and repair. 3) Do garbage collection (recycle memory) when you die or enter a place of rest. Just added a mage proc monitor in 1.48 that will stay up till you consume your proc. I will look into adding a timer on it. Thanks for your feed back.
