Broker MetaHud

This is a simple Data Broker for launching the options frame for MetaHud - Nuckin Branch.

You will need a LDB Display (I use Ninja Panel).

I just got tired of having to type /metahud in the chat frame so I wrote this.

BTW Credit goes to MagoKimbra for Broker_quartz which gave me the idea for this.
