I made this profile since the original is quite outdated. This one has the correct spells for Demonology and Destruction- and should be good for affliction aswell.

For demo it monitors Glyph of Lifetap, Curse of Doom, Immolate, Corruption, Shadow Bolt, Metamorphosis.
For destruction it monitors Curse of Doom, Immolate, Conflagrate, Chaos Bolt, Incinerate.

The trigger for leaving out Glyph of Life Tap is improved Soul Leech, since 3.2 however it is viable to use both the glyph and the talent, simply remove the talent requirement line under glyph of lifetap to make it also show for destruction.
