LootMarketScrollFix

Increases the width of the auction house scroll area to cover the entire browse frame so that you don't zoom rather than scroll when hovering the left most area of the list.

The frame that catches the scrolling is hidden if there's no scrolling needed. I have, but still on the left side its still going through and not scrolling? Ohh well =(

*EDIT* ok now that i was playing around in game i noticed it happening when theres 8 or less items in the AH. You think there might be more so you try to scroll down and you zoom out..
