Activate plugin based on class before being based on the addon itself being loaded.
If not a paladin deactivate plugin, but if PallyPower is not loaded and plugin is activated then try to load PallyPower, if it cannot be loaded then disable plugin. This way it is at least hidden away if PallyPower is loaded on a non Paladin and you do not have a redundant panel if it isn't loaded.

For those that want to hide away Pally Power until needed. This uses PanelID 23 for its rotation position.

Due to the now small frame for pally powers I don't personally feel the need for a panel to hide it. Functionality and layout hasn't changed just how I have coded it to reflect things I have found useful since 3.3 came out. As I have mentioned on other plugin updates the update will not be uploaded until just prior to 3.3.5 coming out. No biggie. I'll implement a change shortly before too many people download it Okay, just in case I am unable to unload it ( only load on demand addons can do that ), I have implemented the following : 1.
