Rantooltip embedded you do not need to download Rantooltip..
This is a layout for RantTooltip
Created to be minimal , but with all things which i need.
and added border to fit my UI.
Based on Layout by Stuck with some modifications.So there is the RTT_Aesh , 
(dont mind something casdash , nice abbreviation)
Working with last version of RantTooltip.
Lua Config only
on top of lua you find user friendly comented setings
Features :
Transparent Background
Showing Power and Health Bars as Separate bars with Current and Percent state.
Target shows as T : Something
setings :
option to make Tooltip anchored to CURSOR or where you want it. Default : BOTTOMRIGHT.
option to change color of border .
option to change color of background. Default : Blizzard default.
option to enable or disable spec show : Default : Disabled
option to enable or disable Talents show. Default : Disabled
option to enable or disable Outlined text only for Tooltip Header (Names of Players, mobs , weapons .. etc. etc) .Default : Disabled
option to enable or disable Outlined text for whole tooltip .Default : Disabled
and some small modifications for better reading some tooltips ingame.

The main reason is i cant get the layout work for my needs, i'm a terrible Lua coder (i only can code a hello world mod without copy from others :P ) and since i have no job i cant play wow atm so no coding

Since Yours looks similar to my layout, i stop to work on my. I think we dont need almost the same layout by 2 different coders
 A little tip by me: if you want the Talentspec in it use the talentlib of tiptac
