Description:

MasterChef is your new best friend if you have a Chef's Hat. It will automatically equip your Chef's Hat whenever you open your cooking tradeskill frame. When you close the tradeskill frame, it will equip your previous head piece if you had one equipped.

Known Issue(s):
--------------------
Due to WoW API limitations, you cannot equip items while in combat or while casting a spell. Therefore, MasterChef will wait until combat is over or until your spell has finished casting before it will equip your Chef's Hat.

 Actually, though, there are quite a few differences. Iron Chef will toggle your title, toggle showing your helm, and display a random message when you equip your chef's hat. MasterChef can queue equipping your hat if an action is preventing it, but I did not want any title changing/hat showing features. I've also strived for maximum cpu efficiency. If you notice on the Iron Chef comments, I tried to provide the author with some constructive criticism but I suppose he never noticed it (I'm hoping that I did not offend him). MasterChef was born out of this, due to me always forgetting to equip my Chef's Hat. Then I realized sometimes it wouldn't equip due to me being in combat or casting a spell (usually casting a fire for the mass cooking), so I added the queue functionality. |

Will it return the original helm once you close the cooking skill window? I'm a rogue...probably not smart enough to remember to do that all by lonesome!

Interesting idea! I'll definitely have it once the servers come back up. I can't tell you the number of times I've neglected to wear my hat while cooking, simply from forgetting. This should fix that
