Oh, sorry for thinking you were in charge - I just looked at whoever did the most replies and addresses that person. Take it as a compliment

Considering my own problem, I found the cause and a fix! Thing is, my enchanter is a blood elf warlock. And blood elves to get a bonus to their enchanting skill. Turns out, the addon only checks for skill <= 600, but mine was 610 so it didn't work ... To fix this, one needs to change line 169 in ProfessionTabs.lua (it's the GetProfessionRank function) to this:
Code:
if currentSkill <= requiredSkill or index == #ranks then
Strike that. Just stupid me not realizing that I was running an old version. /sigh

Im not the dev chaotik, Beoko is, but he doesnt play the game any longer either, from looking at your ss, I can derive one and maybe a second thing. I see you are using another language of the client besides US, and unless the clients differ, you have another addon handling your enchanting book. I have no problems enchanting with my warlock. Might I suggest disabling whatever addon is handling you spellbook.

Here is my UI at the moment. Everything functions fine, the issue I was talking about is attaching professiontabs to combuctor again. (Combuctor is the all in one inventory mod you see in the ss)

Enchanting not displaying

Hi twizt3dkitty,

for some readon ProfessionTabs doesn't display enchanting and/or disenchanting on my witch. It's working wonderfully and is a huuuge help on all my chars except for this one I've attached a screenshot of my tradeskill spellbook tab and ProfessionTab's tabs. Hope you can help, thanks anyway for the awesome addon!

Thanks for the reply, Ive been renaming frames and modifying small parts of this from time to time, because i didnt think it would be difficult to fix, I figured you just renamed something since the nill value is from ProfessionTabs:Eventhandler, I also am very inexperienced with code, I did notice that CombuctorFrame1 is not Inventory, and CombuctorFrame2 is now Bank from what I can tell reading Main.lua in Combuctor. Or at least I couldnt find any reference to the two. I think Im just going to move on for the time being, im too inexperienced to figure this out alone, but feel free to pm me if theres anything youd like me to test.

After consulting with Kramarz in private messages, I have now fixed the issue. Thank you Kramarz for being proactive in helping me fix this addon while I am not currently playing. I have uploaded this fix to wowinterface, and it should be approved sometime today.

Hehe, spelling mistake JS = JC. Anyway, I got JC on my bars and use it to open professions window - that's the "skill using to open" part explained, I get no errors when opening, and it looks like only JC and related to it Prospecting are missing from tabs, rest - BS Archy Survey, Cooking/Fire and First Aid are there.

Hey Kramarz. Thanks for letting me know there's an issue. I'm not currently playing WoW, but I wouldn't mind checking on the code to attempt to fix this problem if you wouldn't mind elaborating on a few things for me. First, what do you mean by the skill you're using to open profession windows? And second, what is JS? Do you receive any errors when you look at a profession? Thanks.
