This mod will automatically roll Disenchant (if available) or Greed on every loot roll, where the item binds on pickup and you aren't allowed to roll Need. Also it will confirm that roll.

There aren't any settings at all, it's just saving 2 clicks per loot roll on items you can't wear anyway.
