Who would have thought? gMedia is about to be released as a stand-alone addon, and even though I am quite some time away from updating cargBags_gUI, gMedia WILL be updated, and it will have full backwards compability. Actually, this addon is around 30kb or something. You are referring to the download size, which is the size of a zipfile which includes some dependencies. They will be separated in the future, but currently the dependency gMedia isn't downloadable by itself, so it's a part of this download. Most of my addons use gMedia, which in itself is a work in progress. Soon to be a stand alone project. gMedia includes fonts, textures, backgrounds, functions to create various graphic elements etc etc. You should be aware though, that even though the download size is around 600kb, the memory usage is far far below that. Even though gMedia contains tons of textures you'll never use for this particular addon, they are never loaded into memory in WoW using this addon. Well, without editing the LUA file directly, no way yet. I'll be adding user configurable scaling in an upcoming version, though. I'm currently in the process of more or less rewriting it from scratch, to allow for a lot more categories, options to hide certain things like Soul Shards or Ammo.... and of course scaling. Currently the addon just places the items in the Category WoW gave them. I have added a few more things to TradeGoods than what is actually categorized as TradeGoods, but all consumables should be in the consumables category. So this can only mean that Blizzard don't really want us to eat certain types of fish.... Anyway, no; There is no way to manually override it. And I don't really plan on adding it.
