INSTALL:
Place the Sound folder in your World of Warcraft\Data folder,
(Re)start the game.
UNINSTALL:
Remove the Sound folder again.

Something changed somewhere in the last weeks and all files need to be renamed to ".ogg" to bring back the silence.
