    UI Installation
    • Make sure you back up your "Interface and WTF" folder (copy it to another directory as I did), then delete your old Interface and WTF folder. Extract the UI files to your World of Warcraft folder.
    • DO NOT Log onto game as of yet.
    • I play on a US server, it was brought into my attention that you would need to set your locale in the config.wtf to your region/country. I'm not sure what everyone's locale is, but US is "enUS". Open your original config.wtf and it should be on the first line. Now go into my config.wtf and change your locale. Only do this if you are NOT playing in the US servers.
    • If you have macros, then I suggest you follow this simple step. Copy your "macros-cache.txt" file which is located in "wtf/account/your_account"/. The reason for this is that when you install my UI, all of your macros will disappear.
    • Go into the WTF folder and change the following (have no clue? check your original WTF folder):
      • YOUR_ACCOUNT - rename to your wow account.
      • YOUR_REALM - rename to your toons realm name.
      • YOUR_CHARACTER - rename to your toon that you want the UI used.
    • Then place "macros-cache.txt" back into the new wtf folder under "wtf/account/your_account"/.
    • Log onto game and make sure the "Load out of date addons" is checked. Type "/reflux switch Sikui" (make sure the "s" in Sik is capitalized, also make sure the reflux addon is active otherwise the command will not work).
    • Once the UI is installed, check some of the addons profile to see if "Sikui" is loaded. One addon I know that has not been caught by Reflux is "Gnosis" (open gnosis config by typing "/gnosis" click on create options, then down to configuration, select "Sikui" and click on load castbar). Relog just to ensure all the addons are installed correctly (dont shut down WoW by pressing the "X" button).
    • Finally, you would need to setup your buttons, to do this you must go into Bartender4's config by typing /bar or /bt. At the top uncheck "button lock", then just place your buttons where you would want them. By holding down alt you will have an extra buttons bar to place more of your needed buttons (just fyi). Put a check back on the "button lock" to lock your button's settings.
    • This is OPTIONAL. Once you have done the initial switch command on reflux and wish to change the profiles name to your chosen name. Do the command "/reflux snapshot name_here" (make sure the first letter in the name is capitalized), it will save every addons profile within the UI to the given name you provided. Relog to ensure all addons function as it suppose to. To remove the profile you've created, do command "/reflux delete name_here" (can't be deleted if you're on that profile). *One other thing, when you create a new profile, for some reason Raven and Button Facade bugs each other. What I mean is, the border for Raven "player buffs" changes to white. To fix this simply go into Button Facade config by typing "/bf", then select "addons" on the left nav. Once there, select Raven, on the right drop down menu on skins and select "Renaitre thinnerest" this will bring back the border to black.
    • Enjoy your new UI.
    • One other thing... If you're a healer and using this UI, set the healing options for raid frames in Shadowed Unit Frames' (SUF) config by typing "/suf". Drop down the menu of "Unit Configuration" on the left navigation and select "raid". Once selected, to the right is its options, select the "general, bars, auras, indicators" tab and just put a "check" mark that you would need for healing. If you choose to use a healing addon for your raid frames other than the SUF's raid frames, then you would need to remove SUF's raid frames. Go back into SUF's config by typing "/suf", on the left navigation select "Enabled Units" and uncheck "raid".

    • *For those...
      just wanting the custom image used in this UI for Sunn Viewport Art, you may - download it here - post a picture or link in the comments, curious to see how you have it setup. Thx.

    Below are all of the addons compiled that makes up Sik UI, you may click on each addons link to give further details and information. If the UI does not come out as intended, you might have to set up the profiles in the addons which should not be that hard. Below are the main setups, these can be found in the Blizzards Interface options by clicking on the Addons tab or use the slash commands. Then go into the profiles section of the addons and choose "Sikui":
    Interface Makeup
    • Bartender4 /bar or /bt
      *full actionBar replacement mod.
    • Mapster /mapster
      *very simple world map enhancement addon.
    • PocketPlot /pocketplot or /pp
      *lightweight minimap addon.
    • Sunn Art /sa
      *adds textured artwork in the non-rendered areas.
    • TipTac /tip
      *tooltip enchancement addon.
    Combat
    • Broker Threat
      *tiny addon that gives you Agro alert, also alerts you in %.
    • Decursive >interface>addons
      *cleansing mod removal.
    • Nice Damage (font)
      *a replacement font for the default WoW damage fonts (fyi this does not come with the mods default font, i added my own custom font).
    • Recount /recount config
      *damage meter with various viewing modes.
    • KuiNameplates /knp or /kuinp
      *enhances World of Warcraft's nameplates.
    Buff/Debuff, Timers
    • Doom CooldownPulse /dcp
      *when your ability is usable again, it flashes an icon in the middle of your screen.
    • Gnosis /gnosis
      *casting bars and timers.
    • OmniCC /omnicc
      *cooldown timers for items/spells/abilities.
    • Raven /raven
      *a replacement for the UI buff frame.
    Other(s)
    • Mage Nuggets /magenuggets options
      *Mage Nuggets is a utility with many useful nuggets to make the lives of mages easier. Also a great utility for priests and druids.

    Questions!
    • My Chat Frame doesnt seem to be in the right place or size...
      *I dont know the reason why this happens but its simple to resize and drag into place. On the main chat frame tab, right click and unlock, use the same tab by holding down on left mouse button to drab into place. On the bottom right of the frame there should be an arrow whereas you holding on the left mouse button and drag the frames corner to fit to size.
    • How do I add my buttons to the bar?
      *Go into the Bartenter4's config by typing "/bar or /bt", uncheck the "Button Lock" and proceed with adding your buttons.
    • My DBM is not working!
      *In most cases when you update DBM, the addons are not loaded for boss and/or zones. Simply go into DBM's config by doing /dbm then on "boss" tab, drop downs cataclysm and wotlk, click on a zone and click "load addon".
    • How do I scroll down in chat when the buttons are no longer there?
      *You can use your mouse's scroll wheel to scroll up or down in the chat window. If you happen to have a mouse without the scroll wheel, you can type "/pchat" and uncheck the box "Hide Buttons".
    • I can't scroll down to page 2 on my bars with shift + up/down, how can change it?
      *Enter bartender4 config by typing /bar. Select "bar 1" on the left nav. To the right window select State Configuration tab and put a check mark on "ActionBar Paging".
    • How do I open my map window?
      *On the minimap, at the top right, the coords are listed, click on it and your map will open.
    • How do I access the In-game calendar?
      *Right mouse click on the minimap.
    • The minimap gets in the way when I open my bags and others.
      *Sorry I over looked this, type /pp, choose medium for the "Minimap Strata".
    • How do I access the tracking on the minimap?
      *At the bottom left corner of the minimap, there is an icon, click on it.
    • I updated SunnArt from your compilation but now the viewport art is gone and can't seem to get it back.
      *If this happens, all you need to do is do /sa to enter sunn art's config. on global options, skins should be checked.
    • Is Recount working because I do not see my dmg/dps on when I'm on the dummy.
      *As you know Recount is a great addon, one flaw is that its a memory hog, so I have set only to collect data during raid. You can change this by going into Recount's config by typing "/recount config". On the data tab, check the boxes "outside instances and solo", now you will be able to see your dmg/dps/heals etc other than in raid.
    • I have a pet and how do I move my pets frame?
      *The pets frame is under Shadowed Unit Frames, type /shadoweduf or /suf to open config window. Click on "general" settings at the left navigation, uncheck the "unlock window". Then select unit frames on the left navigation and select the pets settings. As for the pets buttons bar, you will need to go into Bartender4 config by typing "/bar or /bt". Then select pets on the left navigation and config your pets setting. To move the buttons bar, uncheck the "lock" box at the top of Bartender4's config window.

    *Disclaimer: All the addons compiled in this UI does not belong to me nor am I the author. I have gathered the addons as anyone would, available by downloads within wowinterface.com. I hold no responsiblity for any actions that the addon(s) may do or take. I simply use these addons for my enjoyment of the game, World of Warcraft.
    If or any changes to the UI, it will be posted here. Existing addons in the UI has the settings saved, download updated addons and install them yourself as you would normally update an addon. As usual, always check to make sure the addons are active in the "addons" section of the character screen and the "out of date" box is checked.

    as for the AdvancedWorldMap - its the addon mapster which is has not been updated from the time i uploaded this pack. if you read the change log it would state that it's recommended that you update the addons yourself in the compilation pack. also the chat is not jacked up, its simply dragging it in the box where it belongs and at the bottom of the chat you should be able to resize, dont know the reason why it goes back into blizzards default position for others, but again its simple as dragging and resizing.

    Couple bugs;

    I installed it as per your instructions and I am getting a SUA error Couldn't find CVar named AdvancedWorldMap?

    Chat is also jacked up does not line up with the box it should be in, says I am in the normal chat groups like trade etc but am not, there is no place to type anything had to click on someone and do whisper to have a place to type the /reflux switch command.

    It will work, just put the check mark on "blacklist and torment/tormented in the box below. I just like to use whitelist to single out certain debuff timer on a particular boss fight, rather looking around for that timer that is in the mix with other timers.

    Ok got that out of the way and since you mentioned the Baleroc fight, the change i just made will show my shard debuff now correct? i dont always have to do shards but yesterday i had to and noticed i didnt have a shard stack to go by. sry to bother ya just i have no way of testing it since we finished our run already.

    raven debuffs
    Hey Sik, Ive been using your ui for along time now and on this last release the debuffs from raven that appear above the player are not appearing. Ex; cauldron buffs from ZG are not showing after cauldron is clicked and its not showing at the top either. Ive fiddled with some of the settings but cant find the right one and dont want to mess something up major, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The good thing about my UI is that it's versatile. You can remove SUF and replace it with xperl. The only thing is, you would have to set each frames of xperl to fit and work with the other addons in the UI.

    Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done other than manually setting each add-on to fit your resolution. My graphics card and monitor settings can only go as far as 1680 x 1050.

    Understood - I just dont want to break anything here. I find SUF a bit vague with regards to a lot of things I was used to seeing in XPERL.

    I have just recently tried to use this pack (it looks awsome) but even when I set my monitor back to 1680:1050ws, everything is way out of place (mostly shifted right). This may be an artifact of my monitor having a native resolution of 1920:1080. Any suggestions?

    To be honest with you, i am more comfortable with SUF. It has the similar functions as X-perl, if not more. Some of the features are not on by default as X-perl has. If you wish to turn some of these features on and functions per frame, go in SUF's config by typing /suf. Select enabled units on the left navigation, there you can activate some or all of the functions to your need, i.e player, target, focus, etc.

    I'm not sure how you deleted the profile in "raven", anyhow... I uploaded a tweeked and updated Sik UI just yesterday. I suggest you take 5 mins of your time and download it. Delete the old Sik UI in you're system and take the steps to install my UI as instructed. Hopefully nothing goes wrong from here on...

    Oh... what I mean by delete - delete the old "interface and wtf" folders from your world of warcraft folder and install the new updated Sik UI.

    Hi mate,

    I tried both but still no debuffs.buffs showing on my target - Its really frustrating as its a gamebreaker for Arena playing Disc.

    All I want is to be able to see dispellable debuffs/buffs on my target, but I'm so retarded I cant work it out ^^

    Im sure you had it set up so we did see the dispellable debuffs before, I really wished I hadnt opened up the options tab now :P

    lol seems as you have been messing with the settings eh... the "WTF" folder holds all the settings for SIK UI. if you happen to mess up, simply reinstall the "WTF" folder from my UI download. also have you tried loading "/reflux switch Sikui"?
