Basic LFG button for your DataBroker display.

Click to open the Dungeon Finder.
Right-Click to open the PVP window.
Middle-Click, or Shift-Click, to open the Pet Journal.
Alt-Click to open the Raid Finder.
Ctrl-Click to open the Scenarios window.

While you are queued, or in an LFG/LFR group, battleground, or scenario, right-click opens the menu instead, and you can use Shift-Right-Click to open the PVP window.

Known Issues

Due to Blizzard restrictions, you will not be able to leave battleground queues while using this addon. I have no ETA on a resolution.

Language Support

Broker LFG is compatible with English, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano, Português, Русский, 한국어, 简体中文, and 正體中文 game clients.

Known Issues

Due to Blizzard restrictions, you will not be able to leave battleground queues while using this addon. I have no ETA on a resolution.

There will be no solution until Blizzard changes the API and/or fixes their dropdown menu system. In the meantime, I could suppress the error message, or I could write an entire custom dropdown menu system from scratch that doesn't include the "Leave Queue" function, but neither of those would actually solve the problem.

Either way, you can't leave the queue, because the only way to leave the queue is by using the Blizzard dropdown, but if any addon touches the Blizzard dropdown, or even touches the Blizzard LFG button to which the dropdown is attached, the whole thing is considered "tainted", and secure actions in the dropdown like leaving a queue will not work, period.

However, since you can just queue for other things and ignore the battleground queue when it pops, I don't really consider this to be much of a problem. I will probably just end up removing the "Leave Queue" entry from the menu so people will quit complaining about it and asking when it will be fixed.

In order to get it functionnal : replace the line: Code: TogglePVPFrame() by Code: if (PVPUIFrame) then ToggleFrame(PVPUIFrame) else LoadAddOn("Blizzard_PVPUI") ToggleFrame(PVPUIFrame) end If function without any issue on my side. Okay, I can reproduce it now. It appears that Blizzard has made it impossible for any code ever touched by an addon in any way to leave a battleground queue, so even though the dropdown menu is not altered in any way, the fact that an addon calls the "show menu" function is enough to break it. Unfortunately I have no solution at this time. If you need to leave battlefield queues frequently, this addon will not work for you, sorry.

Edit: I've added a note at the top of the description. Patch 5.2 may solve the problem, as I know Blizzard is doing something with dropdown menus to address the taint problem, but I can't actually test it because at the moment, the Blizzard PVP UI is tainting itself.

Thanks for taking the time to look into it. It figures that they've managed to break something on their end, though. I don't have to leave queues frequently, I just thought I would report the incident. Thanks again.

Just tried it with Bazooka, newest version from WoW Interface, same error. Had Bazooka, Broker_LFG and BugSack running. All other addons disabled. Only errors for the battleground queue.

I have the current version of broker_LFG and current version of Docking Station (as found on WoW Interface). I get the standard Blizzard taint message when I attempt to leave a queue for a battleground by right clicking and selecting "Leave Queue". I get this with only Broker_LFG and Docking Station enabled. If you are posting about a problem, please include the version number of Broker LFG you are using; the name and version number of your DataBroker display addon; whether you are on live, PTR, or beta servers; what region and language you play WoW in, and what the current patch in your region is; you character's level, class, spec, and faction; the exact text of the first error message captured by BugSack; a detailed description of the problem; and what steps I can follow to reproduce the problem myself.
