TinyDPS is a lightweight damage and healing meter.

Looking for an addon to measure damage and healing without adversely affecting your gameplay experience? TinyDPS should suit your needs. By excluding unnecessary features (graphs, pie charts, extensive data collection, etc.) and offering a minimalistic interface, TinyDPS attempts to maintain a balance between information and performance.

Usage

  • Options are available by right-clicking on the frame or minimap button.
  • To move the frame or button, while holding the Shift key, click and drag to the desired location.
  • For resizing of the frame, click and drag the bottom-right corner.
  • Toggling frame visibility can be accomplished by clicking on the minimap button or typing /tdps.
  • In addition to the option in the right-click menu (under Fight), all data can be reset by middle-clicking the frame or minimap button. Similarly, the back and forward mouse buttons will allow for quickly switching between displaying overall or just the current fight's damage/healing.
  • Available slash commands (/tdps <command>):
    help or ?, reset or r, damage or d, healing or h, visiblebars <number>, whisper <name>, reportlength <number>
Known Issues and Limitations
Intended behavior:
  • Pet data is attributed to the owner.
  • Vehicle/mounted combat data is ignored.
  • Overhealing is ignored.
  • Absorbs are added to healing.
  • Unlike damage, healing won't start a new fight.

TinyDPS is currently breaking PitBull4 (version 4.0.5+) due to adding an "UNKNOWN" class to RAID_CLASS_COLORS.

Changes in PitBull 4.0.8 circumvent now this problem (by no longer iterating over RAID_CLASS_COLORS).

Data won't reset with new group

Hello,

Thank for this amazing addon !

I have a problem, data won't reset with new group or when I enter in a donjon ... is it normal ?

That's irrelevant. I main a shaman, so believe me, I'd love to pad the meters in my favor. However, it's a buff to party and raid member damage—not your own. Similar damage buffing abilities include Greater Blessing of Might and Tricks of the Trade. Regardless, if the other popular damage meters start attributing the damage to the buff giver, I'll follow suit.

No, the party members merely trigger the damage. The damage is based on the shamans stats:

The embedded library that contains boss IDs is out of date. The next release will include it. For now, however, you can download the latest alpha release of LibBossIDs-1.0 from here.

It increases the damage of your party or raid members, not your own. Therefore, it's working as intended.

Excellent addon man, thank you so much for it, but could you just add an option to always show the player dps regardless of its dps position in the group?

Just had a quick look at the error in line 2785 regarding arg18:
arg17 used to be for multistrike and since that was removed arg18 seems to have been shifted by one for misses. So changing arg18 to arg17 in that line should fix it.

Same holds in line 2782 for the SWING case, changing arg15 to arg14 should do the trick.
