MarkingBar 
Features:
* Quickly mark and unmark the current target by clicking the symbol you want to assign or remove.
* Perform a party or raid ReadyCheck.
* Announce your current marking system to party or raid chat. These messages can be customized through the gear icon or /mb options.
* While in a party or raid, place the raid flare/world markers. Note: This cannot be done in combat, and the flares frame may not function correctly when you enter combat.
* Each frame can be moved anywhere on screen and locked in place.
* Frames can have the icon order reversed or be stacked vertically.
* Frames can have the border and background completely hidden.
* Tooltips can be turned on and off.
* Tooltips can be turned on or off for announcement messages.
* Show the frames all the time, or only while you have a target.
* Show the frames while alone, in a party, or in a raid group.

I only have one request.
Make the flare bar go to one line versus two rows. It's the only thing in my UI setup that is off because it's a 3x3 two row box.

could be just me but...
this thing doesnt show up in my addon list. just unpacked it in my addons folder. is there something wrong with the packed folder or the addon it self  edit: fixed it alrdy , just renamed the folder back to markbar without the v*** and now it works however it still crashes my wow when i use the clear all markings on the markbar

Let me start of by saying that I really like MarkingBar and really appreciate your time and efforts to making and continually updating this outstanding mod.
I myself have ran into one issue tho and was wondering if it can be fixed. The mod itself (best way i can describe it) is broken into 3 components...the marks bar, the flare bar, and the configuration bar. The issue that I am having is when you "HIDE" the UI for a screenshot...all BUT the configuration bar is hidden you end up with the configuration bar being shown in your screenshot. Of course this detracts from your screenshot. Again...great work and ty! |

Does this work so that it's only visible if you have the ability to set markers? For instance, if your in a raid but not a Raid Leader or Raid Assistant?
I really like it but the problem I'm having with marking addons is the inability to hide them when you don't have authority. For instance, my world markers show up even tho I have no permission to drop them. Drives me insane!

Would really like to see some LDB support, even just show frames would be nice, but drop downs ect would be good too...
Don't know of any marking bar that has LDB support would be something to set this apart from others. Just my 2c Great addon regardless |
