Let me know if the latest change to archy has messed things up.

I'll try and spend some time on addons during this weeks wow play time.

Archy has 2 windows if I remember rightly and the infopanel only holds one of them but I believe the addon is active just not visible for the most part. The extra window will only be displayed when archy is visible in the infopanel. I don't use carbonite so I never noticed that side of the problem. I'll see if there is a programmatic way I can turn off those when the archy infopanel isn't active.

if archy has its own option to turn itself you could try using it while its active in the panel and then switch to the carbonite and see if that works.

No worries, most of the nUI InfoPanel plugins will require the addon itself to be present. As far as I know only my chat plugins and my mage portal plugin are fully incorporated into a single addon and possibly Scott's.

I saw the update this morning so if I go home tonight I'll work on them tonight but the dependcy message shouldn't affect a version number change as it is looking for the addon name.

For this addon to work you need Archy and nUI. You might have to tick the load out dated addons box to ensure all 3 addons are loaded however.

Also note that this message may be caused by other addons similarly afflicted unless it specifically named archy/nui_archy/nui.

Can you reply with the exact message.

I used to post some of my addons on curse but then I had severe problems getting an important patch version accepted after someone made a complaint that my addon gave them a virus. That prompted me to remove my addons promptly.

That problem aside I always made a point of only my more popular addons being put on curse which would mean this addon would not have been one of them.

I will gladly send you a message, however, when I make an update so that you can come by and download it.

Okay, just to make sure I hadn't made any changes before testing I downloaded a fresh copy of this addon and used it with version 1.7b8.bf6 of Archy found here ( http://www.wowinterface.com/download...chybugfix.html ).

As is it is, it works fine with the infopanel plugin. I noticed some code that needs to be changed before it stops working fully ( blizzard changes ) and realised that quite possibly people will not want to see their artifact list if they haven't got the infopanel on the archy page so told it to turn it off.

It has to be set to graphical option however as the minimal version is too big to fit in the frame and resizing it would make the font way too small. Once I figure out how to do that automatically I will endeavour to add that to the small update I will be posting up in the near future.
