This was born from a request by tinyu in this thread : http://www.wowinterface.com/forums/showthread.php?t=38182

They very kindly tested my initial rough stages with their veteran achaeologist so now I am posting it up for all you budding archaeologists out there.

Requirements
Archy ( Patch version 1.8.18 )
nUI 5.07.21
WoW 4.3.3

Known Limitations

Bear in mind that due to the way that Archy was designed I have had to do some cheating to get it to work. So, if it gets upgraded I probably will need to upgrade this as one of their functions is in here with some customised routines in it.

You may find that you have to make some adjustments to the way archy is displayed to suit your display taste in the infopanel. Things such as opacity and style work fine with little problems.

Enhancements
At present I don't see a real need to make any changes.

Reporting Problems
If you do come across problems then feel free to comment in the thread here but if there is a screenshot you need to attach then simply refer to a post in the thread I linked above and attach the image to the post.

Added the auto toggling of all frames when the archy infopanel isn't active. It in essence uses the general options show toggle automatically. As long as you aren't in combat that is.
Tested and confirmed working with version 1.8.18 of Archy and 4.3.3 of WoW.

Tested and confirmed working with version 1.8.3 of Archy and 4.1.0 of WoW.

-- v1.02.00 --
Tested and confirmed working with patch version 1.7b8.bf6 of Archy.
You must set display of digsite frame to graphical to have the right size frame.
As long as you are not in combat it will hide/show the artifact/races/indicator frame dependant on display of digsite frame.

The extra window will only be displayed when archy is visible in the infopanel. I don't use carbonite so I never noticed that side of the problem. I thought I had to turn on Archy myself, and let the infopanel turn it off/on from there (like Carbonite). But yes, it seems that I had 2 copies of Archy running when the info panel was up, and one hidden copy running in the background otherwise.

So I constantly have a waypoint set on my Carbonite map for the nearest Archy dig, unless I have one locked in for a quest. But I like to run around with NO waypoints quite often. So... is there a way for me to get Archy to completely turn off when I am not on that panel? What I would REALLY like is if the Carbonite map would show up in the small square to the right of the Archaeology panel, but from what I understand in the Carbonite panel comments, you cannot adjust the size/location of the map panel, so that one is out.

For this addon to work you need Archy and nUI. You might have to tick the load out dated addons box to ensure all 3 addons are loaded however.

That prompted me to remove my addons promptly. That problem aside I always made a point of only my more popular addons being put on curse which would mean this addon would not have been one of them.
