    Addon gathers data from Recount and displays on titan panel button & tooltip.

    Features include:
    - Information on tooltip when user places cursor over addon's icon,
    - Addon displays information gathered from Recount on Titan Panel bar,
    - Easy reset state of Recount with Alt-click,
    - Easy switching between Recount modes (damage done, dps, heal done etc..),
    - Quick display/hiding of Recount window,
    - Quick reporting to various chat channels,
    - Quick display/hiding of Recount's details window,
    - Easy displaying Recount's realtime graphs (raid dps, fps, etc..).
