Many Bugs and not really that helpful. But it gives you the idea what is planned but not yet in because of my limited ressources
The core functionality is now back. You can watch your proccs, buffs, debuffs.
Sticky buttons are actionbuttons. So you can cancel an aura or recast it.
FAQ:
Q: 5 ??? Where is 2,3 and 4 ?
A: Each blew up because of me trying too much new stuff at the same time. 5 is a back to the roots rewrite of the current not that well working ProcWatch.

About the Masque support - I took a screen shot tonight and opened it in my graphics program and zoomed in on the icon. The skin is there, but it is very "small" (tight?). It's almost like the scaling for Masque is off a bit.  I don't know if you can see it there, but the skin is there in the picture. It's just smaller than usual and darker than it should be.

Normally the bar should be unlocked when you check/activate it in the preferences and moveable by clicking alt+leftclick.
If you have alt pressed a big green frame appears that you can move with leftmouse which is the parent moving the buttons. Masque-Support is relative new and I'm not yet sure if done right. I'll look into this to make sure it uses an existing default if possible

I know this version of ProcWatch is not quite ready for "prime time", but......
I installed it yesterday and had a few problems with it. I was on a Warlock and couldn't move the icon for Demon Armor (the only buff I had up) from the middle of the screen, even though it was not locked. On top of that it was skinned in black, not the normal Masque skin (Warlock skin from Masque_ClassButtons) I use for that character. I tried every combination of right/left mouse buttons and "ctrl" "shift" "alt" I could think of, but nothing worked to move it. Please be aware that I am not complaining, I simply want to make you aware of the problems I had. I figure it's probably something unique to my set up, though.
