EoUI  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: 3.3

EoUI
1600X900wide
UPDATED for patch 5.2!
NOTES for 5.2: More screenshots will be added soon.

After playing WoW for 7+ years and being addicted to UI compilations, I finally broke down and made my own from scratch. This is simply many addons that I've used over the years and all I did was tie them in together to make a nice clean layout mainly for a raiding healer setup. Don't fret though! If you are not a healer or a raider, this setup works fine for anyone.

Setup:
1. Back up your WTF, Interface and Font folders and then delete them from WoW directory folder.
2. Unzip EoUI in your WoW directory.
3. Rename these folders in the WTF folder -
* ACCOUNT NAME replace with your account name (example: Katie86)
* SERVER NAME replace with the server you are playing (example: Sargeras)
* Priest, Paladin, ect, choose your healer class and rename it to your characters name corresponding to that class (example: Fiction is my priest) If you dont have one of the healer classes, scroll down to Non-Healer Notes.
FOR THIS COMPILATION TO WORK YOU MUST DO THIS STEP:
Log into your account, log onto your character, once in-game hit the enter button and type /reflux switch eoui - remember, it's case sensitive.
If any addon doesn't seem to load, type the appropriate /command for the addon and check for profile "eolianui", "eoui", "eolian" or the class type you are playing.

IMPORTANT: I no longer include Clique or Weak Auras with my compilation as it has caused a lot of confusion in the past. I still HIGHLY recommend both of these addons for any healer. I feel they are must-haves for anyone with healing abilities.

Healers Notes: Your grid should be set up correctly per class if you followed my directions. But just to make sure, once your screen has reloaded after doing the last step above, type /grid, go to the Profiles tab and make sure your respective class is being used as the profile name. Example: Shamans, make sure your profile is set to "shaman", ect.

Non-Healers Notes: if you are not a healer and just like this compilation - choose the Priest folder, and rename it to your characters name. I have added in a profile in Grid just for you guys as well. Its smaller and uses less information. Go into the Grid profiles and choose "non-healer". Also, feel free to move the Grid frame itself where ever you would like. It doesnt have to stay in the middle left of the screen.

High-Res Notes: You'll have to adjust the chat boxes by right clicking on them. If you would like to resize the panels, type /kgpanels config, and open the waterfall menu titled Active Panels. The panel names are literal, so it shouldnt be hard for anyone to find the one you want to adjust. You can unlock and move any of them them by highlighting the desired panel name in the waterfall menu and then unchecking the "lock" option to the right.
You'll also have to move the map which will be easy, type /chinchilla and uncheck the "lock" box and move it to where ever youd like it.
Lastly you will move the Skada windows the same way using the slash command /skada config.
REMINDER: make sure you "lock" everything again once you are done!

Main Addon List and /Commands:
MiirgUI - skin for wow panels
Bagnon - personal and bank inventory
Bartender4 - action bar addon, /bar
Chatter - chat mod, /chatter
Chinchilla - map, /chinchilla
Grid(manabars, cornericons, sideicons) - /grid
KG Panels - support addon for graphic layout, /kgpanels config
Masque - action button skinner, /masque
Mik's Scrolling Combat Text - /msbt
Reflux - makes profile switching easy, /reflux
Raven - buff, debuffs, hots/dots and cooldown timers, /raven
Skada - damage, healing and threat meter, /skada config
Stuf - unit frames, /stuf
Tip Tac - tooltip addon, /tip

Credits: Thank you to all the authors who made the above listed addons. You guys are the real workhorses of websites like WoWInterface.

Hello, thanks for your compilation, I like it a lot.
I have a problem though: I play on eu-realm but I have some realID friends from ru-realms, and I need to be able to see and type in russian, but your UI doesn't allow that by default.
I've added some fonts that definitely support cyrillic letters into Fonts folder, however, when I tried to configure chatter to switch default font to the one I need, I couldn't see it in the list of available fonts.
Same goes for Grid, TipTac and Stuf. As a result I either see question marks instead of letters (chatter / Stuf) or nothing at all (grid / tiptac).
Could you please tell me how can I fix it?

P.S. I know that some fonts from default list support cyrillic letters, but they are too "heavy" for eyes. I just need something tidy and simple.

There actually shouldnt be any power auras connected to this download at all. I removed that several uploads ago because it was causing to much confusion and most people make their own anyway. But if you are getting druid auras, then I must have just missed some files on this latest update.

However, I have been debating just uploading my power auras settings into a separate upload here on WoWInterface, just like I did with my Grid files. I think I will just do that tomorrow or Friday since I will have extra time. Once that is done, I will provide a link here in the comments for you to download them.

That is a part of the unit frames, its called Stuf.

If you want to remove just the threat bar that sits on top of the Target bar -
type /stuf
select "Target" on the left hand side to edit it, and a drop down water fall menu will appear
select "Threat Bar" on the left hand side, and an options window will appear on the right.
This is where you can disable it, change its size or color, or move it.

Streaming your UI

Hello Fictional,

I have used your UI since "Dreaming UI" in tier 11, and am now streaming heroic content for my guild. I thought it would be a good opportunity for us both, I can display and promote your UI on my stream, and you could promote "seeing your UI in action" by directing people to my stream page.

twitch.tv/igyillidan if that's something you are interested in. You can also reach me on battletag, Iggy#1548

Thanks!

Nope, I have never included boss mods to my packs for the simple reason that people are so preferential between BigWigs and DBM. Ive always let people choose and add that on their own.

But if you are wondering what I use, I prefer and use BigWigs. Thats the addon you see in the screenshots.

I only had that problem once and it was so long ago I dont remember how i fixed it. Youll have to read through what other people have done or contact them directly.
I wish I knew what caused it. Some people get the bug, some dont, its quite a conundrum. :S

Also, I wouldnt recommend deleting anything in the KG Panels settings itself; especially if you arent versed in that addons use, its a little complex. If anything, just delete the actual KG Panels addon folder from your interface and reinstall it - dont touch anything having to do with KG Panels in your WTF folder though.

Sounds to me like you broke something when you were editing all my settings. Not a big deal to me, but seems to really have effected you. Heres a few things I can think of that might help you.

open up the chatter addon options >
go to > All Edge Resizing > make sure the option is checked
go to > Disable Buttons > make sure the options are checked
go to > Tiny Chat > make sure that option is checked
go to > Chat Font > make sure the option is checked & set global font to 10
go to > Server Positioning > make sure the option is UNchecked

Also like I said, reflux doesnt copy all of the chatter settings, so theres always some kind of adjustments that need to be made. If its really driving you nuts the best I can offer is for you to copy your priests Chatter.lua files over to the new toon manually, from the priests saved variables folder.

As for your monk - "that one bar" could mean anything. Really gonna need you to be more specific there :P

Chatter is set up per character, thats the only addon that wont work with Reflux, as sad and annoying as that is.
From the looks of it, seems like you have time stamps on, and your font is kinda big. Other then that, chat settings is all on the users.

Lemme know if you have any other questions!
Okay so this is what I mean though. On my priest, I didn't have a problem, both chat boxes were set up, the right size and both there. Yet on any other toons I just can't seem to get them no matter what I try. I know I can just resize the kgpanels but more stubborn/frustrated why it isn't working to begin with.
After reflux what I get:

And after trying to get the chat box as close as I possibly can/the smallest it will go :
Also slight problem with monks...can't seem to move that one bar no matter what and haven't found a workaround for it. :P
