    seems the shoulder stuff should run only once ... you'll notice your shoulders are picked up when entering a dungeon or using a portal. I'll look into this problem at the weekend ... stick to v1

    I've not yet seen this happen. All my chars have small shoulders
    Not sure if this fixes the problem, too ... I've not yet looked into this but if it's possible to un/-equip shoulders in one go this should be no problem.
