MiirGui Texture Pack [Blue]  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

This is the blue texture pack for MiirGui [Core]. It contains only textures and is meant to be used with MiirGui [Core].

There is a optional Icon Pack.



When updating from an older version delete all files created by this texture pack in
your interface folder.


Alternativly, you can read the changelog and just delete the single files which were removed in an update.

Then proceed to paste the content of the zip file into the interface folder.

As stated on the addon page, the miirgui addon is now split from the texture pack. You can get it here: http://www.wowinterface.com/download...Pack-Core.html I split up the packs and the addon, because the addon is updated way more often and this way you do not have to download 30 MB everytime a few lines of code change.

There is an updated version in the works, that should adress some of those issues but it still requires more testing because it quite a heavier re-write.

If the problem persists, you can as a fix just disable the addon or delete framexml/questframe.lua.

I had many problems with the Questlog & worldmap with the MiirGui-Addon loaded.
Dont know why. But very often my screen freezed up to 20 seconds after I opened the Map. With the Miir-Gui ingame Addon disabled its gone. Any Fix available?

Green Means you are missing some textures. What language pack are you using? Did you put the files in the correct folder?


Yes , the Files are in the Correct folder ( Interface Folder the Textures and the miirGui folder in the Addon Folder) and I use the German Language

I have become a achievement for fishing and the window textur with the achievement message was green

Sry for my english, I am german

Nameplates are not touched by miirgui. You probably need to get a nameplate addon to change this.

Nameplates are not touched by miirgui. You probably need to get a nameplate addon to change this.

UI taint is hard to track down. I did not have any taint caused by miirgui texture pack during my leveling phase in beta, not during and after the legion prepatch. It could be an oversight be me however.

So the first thing to do for you would be to try to reproduce this error. Does it occur when only using miirgui? If yes, what do you do to make it occur? If you are using other addons (especially those who modify worldmap stuff) it could very well them tainting the UI.

Taint often blames other addons but not the addons ctually causing them.

There is no more such thing as miirgui.small or miirgui.medium. This was done to improve compability with different localizations of the wow client. The font size is now always the same size as the default interface uses.

If you want to change the size of a specific string, you need to go into the file (e.g. onDemand/Garrison_Missions.lua) and search for a string (e.g. line 13 m_fontify(GarrisonMissionFrameHelpBox.BigText,"white") ) and add a third argument indication the size you want (e.g. m_fontify(GarrisonMissionFrameHelpBox.BigText,"white",20).

You can, however do this: in core.lua line 68 exchange fontheight by the height you wish the font to be.
For example:
line 68 arg1:SetFont(fontName, "12", "OUTLINE")
Please be aware that this will change all fontstrings altered by miirgui to size 12.
