Version: r29
by: myno [More]

oUF_Drk

Use the included version of oUF until it gets an official update!

If you have questions or encounter any bugs/problems feel free to post them in the comment section.
The latest version of this layout can always be found in the repository on github.

Embedded Plugins

  • oUF_Smooth Update
  • oUF_Experience
  • oUF_ArtifactPower

Do not have them installed/active separately or it might break something.

Features
- Supported Unitframes:
  • Player
  • Target
  • TargetOfTarget
  • Focus
  • FocusTarget
  • Pet
  • Bossframes
  • Raid
- Castbar on Player, Target, TargetOfTarget, Focus, FocusTarget and Bossframes
- Buff and Debuffs for Player, Target, TargetOfTarget, Focus and Bossframes (customizable)
- Class Bars (Holy Power, Runes, Combo Points, Chi, Soul Shards, Arcane Charges)
- Raid Frames with Raid Debuffs and Indicators for certain buffs (mainly for healers)

Config
You are able to do some basic config (position, enabling stuff etc.) in the cfg.lua.

If you want to move frames I highly suggest using oUF_MovableFrames instead of doing it via the config. You can get it here: http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info15425-oUFMovableFrames.html

Thanks a lot, disabling the cast bar fixed it for me.

Hey, or you can fix the castbar.lua
Warlocks Drain Life isnt existent anymore, so you have to change the SpellID for Drain Life into Drain Soul.
So line 11 should look like
Code:
[GetSpellInfo(198590)] = 6, -- Drain Soul
And put an "--" right befor Line 16, Priests Mind Sear
This one is a passiv now.
Maybe, you can just delete the line, but not shure about that.
Did say I was braindead Tuesday night Figured it out today after I got home from work and came to post it and the fixes were already here

another temporary fix:
just comment out strings 11 and 16 in castbar.lua
Code:
	--[GetSpellInfo(689)] = 6, -- Drain Life
	--[GetSpellInfo(48045)] = 6, -- Mind Sear
Thanks a lot, it worked again

So does anyone know how to increase the spell range for the raid frames, so player frames don't fade out even tho people are still in range ?

Found a small issue as resto. If I pick Ballance Affinity and use the Ekowraith legendary the frames won't show the max range to the players correctly and have their frames grayed out as if I was not close enough.

Edit:
Also while I'm asking, I can't find what limits the raid frames to 5 groups instead of the full 8 possible.
Castbars are anchored to the portrait, at the moment PlayerCastBarOnUnitFrame doesn't work when portraits are disabled. I might give it a look on how to make them look decent on the unitframes when there's no portrait behind them.

Number of Groups are here (depending on which you use):
https://github.com/xmyno/oUF_Drk/blo..._rect.lua#L281
https://github.com/xmyno/oUF_Drk/blo..._bars.lua#L287
You will also need to add 7 and 8 to groupingOrder then.

You're absolutely correct, glad you figured it out. I should have probably put this in the addon info, "BARS" is the layout I added recently, "RECT" is the Grid-like normal version that was used before that.
I have noticed that the bars are not horizontally growing they grow vertically is there a way to fix that?

is it:
Code:
cfg.raidOrientationHorizontal = false
then change false to true?

party/raid frames

Is there a way to change the layout for party/raid to be more centralized and horizontal rows. I love this layout but it makes me cry how the party bars are on the left side of the screen. I prefer my Party/raid frames to be centered between the player frame and target frame. Yes omf will move it but it doesnt seem to be able to change the layout to horizontal. I am not a coder if I get direction for where to look and what needs changed I can manage but looking at the .lua gives me a headache trying to piece what does what together.

EDIT: Nevermind I think I figured it out by changing to "RECT" Fixed me up. If that doesn't seem right please someone correct me.
