Update for MoP for http://www.wowinterface.com/download...Highlight.html

Checks for Spec to determine if optional debuffs are available. Checks player level to determine if player is high enough level to clear debuff.

I did not change the name of the addon to ensure backwards compatability with oUF debuff Highlight.

Current debuffs supported:

PRIEST Magic (Lev. 22 Holy/Disc, Lev 72 Shadow (Mass Dispel), Disease (Lev. 22 Holy/Disc)
SHAMAN(Lev. 18) Magic (Resto), Curse
PALADIN(Lev. 20) Magic (Holy), Poison, Disease
MAGE(Lev. 29) Curse
DRUID(Lev. 22) Magic (Resto), Curse,
MONK(Lev. 20) Magic (WindWalker), Poison, Disease

Please comment or send a message if I got something wrong (I don't play all class/specs).

Original readme.txt from Ammo included, the use of the addon should be the same, I've only updated it for MoP.
