Maybe you are right about the bars. I will play around with them some more. Weakauras is another story. It's more than just borders. My icons were small enough to not notice but there is a loss in definition when you put icons in a group. I made a post on the weakauras forum here if you'd like to see for yourself.

When I make a new Weakaura, the icon looks perfect but when I move said icon into a group, the border issue creeps in despite no change in aura size or anything.

Edit: The bar thing could possibly be explained by the fact that bartender scaling is wonky. When I change the bar scale to 0.95, the borders look like they should. Still doesn't explain the weakauras weirdness.
Users that I personally know that play at incredibly high screen resolutions don't find any issues at all with the Masque: Clean Icons skin.

It's most likely due to placement of the texture not being pixel perfect or scaling issues pushing the texture into the half pixel range.

Playing around with dominos and the skin enabled you get a bit of pixel blur at certain scales or simply changing the spacing placing the texture in an off center pixel.

I'd suggest playing around with your settings and placement. I'm sure you'll find a nice line up.

This is simply a case of 'perfect pixel' syndrome (UI Scaling issue):

If you use 'Clean Icons - Cold', use the Clean Icons - Square skin in masque to compliment.

Same with 'Clean Icons - Thin' or 'Clean Icons - Crisp'. Understand?
