Cosmos is a collection of AddOns which utilize centralized function libraries and an easy to use configuration screen to limit the need for using slash commands to configure AddOns. All AddOns contained within the Cosmos compilation make use of the Khaos configuration menu which controls every aspect of configuring the AddOns. Khaos can also load and unload all AddOns which have been installed whether they make use of the Khaos menu or not.

The Cosmos Team will be happy to incorporate ANY localizations. Please translate from the English localization file and submit your translations to everyone@comsosui.org with "Cosmos Localization" in the subject.

Those addons have not been brought up to date for the latest version of WoW, they are intentionally left incompatible until their code can be reviewed.
I don't know what you mean by dependency Stubby, is that the name of an addon? There is no addon that depends on anything called Stubby in Cosmos.
As of 05 Feb I am getting a RED INCOMPATIBLE next to some of your addons.

This had nothing to do with out of date as I have checked and unchecked that just in case nor is it missing dependencies. Any ideas. I have never seen an incompatible message before. Just out of date or missing dependincies.
Also, I noticed the dependincy Stubby is not included when using the patcher. I had to go get it myself.
