as of the new patch this mod wont calculate any xp beyond what it "sees" when I log in , I have downloaded the version from files.wowace.com and still nothing ...
Is this Session XP not being reset bug going to be fixed any time soon? Or, if not, does anyone know what to edit in the .lua to fix it?
Also, feature request: I'd like to be able to see how much XP has been gained this session on the bar. It has the info in the tooltip, but it'd be greatly useful on the bar.
I apologize if the comments I've left here and on the main FuBar page seem inflammatory, I honestly like FuBar, even prefer it over Titan Panel, but I also would like to see it work a bit more intuitively and familiar for someone switching from Titan.
The "total xp this session" (and therefore also "xp/hour this session) is completely off: whenever you get xp the first time in a session, it sets it equal to "total xp this level". It seems as if "self.initialXP" stays zero on log in.
So if you log in with 50.000 / 100.000 xp (50% of a level), and you get xp in any way, it will show "Total xp this session: 50.000", and think you need only 2 minutes to level
And indeed, it seems to behave differently than other addons with respect to profiles: when I turn it off with my lvl 60 char, it also disappears for my other chars, and the other way around. In fact, I seem to be unable to choose my normal "charname - servername" profile in FuBar.
I've had some strange issues with this plugin.. I have made FuBar class-profiles for all my characters.
On my 60 rogue and priest I want ExperienceFu to be disabled, on my warrior and druid I want it enabled because I'm still leveling those.
The problem is that if I disable it in my rogue-profile, then it's disabled in the warrior-profile too.. If I enable it in the warrior-profile then it's enabled in my rogue-profile again..
Having the same problem as a few others. For some reason the zip file is corrupted. I went to the SVN site and DLed what was there into a folder to use for the time being, but you may want to post another zip file.
The zip is not corrupt, it's empty. Someone forgot to enclose all the files before they created the zip. I know that file compression saves space and download time but this is kinda funny
