PerfectRaid   Popular!
Rate: 5 out of 5 with 117 votes
PerfectRaid is a whole new look on raid frames, giving you as much information as possible in an easily recognizable format that's easy to place. Show as much or as little as you're interested in, and completely customize using the each options editor.

Use /praid to open the configuration GUI.
  1. A preliminary frame editor is in game. It can be kind of complex at the moment, but it comes with a nice set of defaults for you to use.
  2. Added a pre-made buff dropdown to the buff editor screen

Please post in the forums for further discussion:

You'd have to change the way the font string is constructed when the health of a unit is updated. In particular you'd need to update PerfectRaid:UNIT_HEALTH() in PerfectRaid.lua.

I realize the mod allows me the ability to filter out whole classes, but that really does you no good when you want to create a tank group with only Ferals and Prot tanks, or just a debuff watch group when you only want to see the people who are going to be in your range.

I think if it were possible to just ctrl-click remove people from raid frames it would be a huge help to healers. Again, thanks for the hardwork, and I'll wait patiently for the next update.
If and when this gets disabled, it wouldn't be as simple as clicking to add them, just because of how difficult the template systems are. Instead, you'd need to add them by name. But yes, I would like to get this added.

Renew issue:
I have two raid frames, groups 1-3 and groups 4-5. The frames are sorted by class.
I have PR setup to only show my hot, Renew.
The MT (warrior) in g1-3 will show multiple Renew buffs however I did not see any multiples on any other player. I did confirm hots were being applied to other players just not the MT.

Mana Bar issue:
I have my raid frames set to eliminate the mana bar if the player does not use mana.
I was able to see Threat bars on Warriors and I'm 99% sure I saw the Rogue bar too.

Lastly, when in config mode and I save a setting the active window does not close. It would be helpful for the active window to close when a setting is saved.

None of these issues are game breaking in the slightest, I'm very happy with the changes !
Quick update, seems the mana bar and save issue are gone but now I see other renew's on all raid frames.

I've just released a beta version of PerfectRaid that adds some of the things we've been talking about, without adding too many bugs. In particular you can specify a new buff filter for "your spells" so you can have them displayed in a different color or with a different marker.

You can download the file by clicking the "Beta" tab at the top of the addon. Ideally I'll get the new configuration panel up and working sometime soon.. but wanted to at least get some of the newer stuff out.
