All options are available through /xloot master (Command line) or /xloot options -> XLoot Master (GUI). Each option is fully documented in the tooltip for it.

The Priority menu is simply a way to put certain people directly below the loot in the menu, to ease distribution of common items.

I'm not actually familiar with the random system now. A WoWAce programmer re-wrote the random function to help prevent "Streaks of Luck". It should be more fair now.

After clearing and requesting a new roll, Master will listen for X (default 30) seconds, and capture all rolls in that time, displaying whichever ones match the range you define. All captured rolls can be clicked directly to distribute the item to that person.

XLoot Master mimics the default dropdown menu for all functions for distributing loot, except confirmation, for which a new StaticPopup has been created. (XLootMasterOptions.lua)

jordanhowell A Kobold Labourer Forum posts: 0 File comments: 4 Uploads: 0	i cant seem to get the capture rolls to work i have it checked to work and i have set the timer but i wait and wait and eventually i just have to start passing out loot and it never tells me who won, i hope thats what its meant to do, am i saposed to do something to make it start capturing. any help would be appreciated tx

After 30 sec passed, i clicked the person, who rolled at most. There I some questions I have concerning this: 1) Can I somehow change the message type for a new roll dice round from the random menu from "Raid alert" to "Raid message"? I can change the message type for the "Link all" button, but not for that one. 2) In our raid the loot master collects all green items to sell them in the auction house, to collect money for the raid (it's a guild raid with the same roster every time). So maybe you could implement the feature that the loot master automatically collects all green items at once, instead of having to assign it to himself with the "loot myself"-button (which is much better than the old way). 3) When the roll dice countdown runs out it would be very nice if the addon could count the last let's say five seconds down in the raid channel. So everybody can see that the time to roll is running out, and when it has run out. 4) We often give blue and purple items to a dischanter in the raid. Maybe you could implement a function to give an item which nobody has rolled for to a pre-set character easily. Greetings Theblackone EU Madmortem

Recently tried it out and tested it tonight and, other than spamming the guild with loot awards until I figured out how to turn it off, it worked splendidly. Xuerian: my guild leader has a question. Would it be possible within the current scripting mechanics to force the loot type into Master mode when a boss is engaged and then force back into Group once the boss is down? It seems like it should be possible, but I wanted to check with someone who knows the mechanics.

I have to check loot mode to keep it from popping up randomly which it seems to like to do otherwise. Thanks for the report. As for the random player award. do people really want to know their raid id? It's not a special random number scaled down to meet the party or anything, it's literally a raid1-raid40, literal units, just like 'player' or 'mouseover'. I can add this if you really think there's a point :P As for that screenshot, excellent, I need a new one for XLoot. Do you have a full resolution version of that one? As for comments, heh, sorry for being 5 days behind. Might want to just post on XLoot's comments with a XLoot Master subject or something, I check it daily.

(perhaps oRa) But would it be possible to stick a hack into XML to automatically turn on "master looting" as soon as you convert your party into a raid? BBR A Kobold Labourer Forum posts: 0 File comments: 17 Uploads: 0	Using latest version of XLoot Latest version of XLootmaster, with edited .toc to match 2.01 went into ragefire with 2 people, and master loot active. xloot works fine. xlootmaster does not work, i can set settings etc, but assigning loot was impossible due to constant .lua errors please look into it.
