Carto use to be awesome until something happened. Now all the Northrend Instance maps are screwed and the notes don't line up.

Anyone else notice this? What happen to the old NAXX map with the green outline. It seems that the instance notes are stuck for that map. I've uninstalled, deleted all saved carto files. Nothing works.

When I bring up the Zone Map (shift-m), it only shows the completely unrevealed map. Nothing changes if I tweak foglight, and nothing changes when I explore that area and reveal it on the main map.

I just dug through the options and could not find anything for it. Any suggestions or is this working as intended?

edit: I should clarify that I can get the map revealing to work if I turn off foglight completely, but there is no way to get the two to play nice together. I think this may be the same issue as the poster below me.

I've noticed that when Foglight is enabled, the small "zone map" (opened with shift-M, usually used in battlegrounds) loses its map textures and only displays the map base, as though none of the areas had been discovered.

I was able to pin down Foglight as the culprit because the zone map is properly textured after first loading the game/UI, but as soon as Cartographer's map is opened these textures disappear. When the Foglight module is disabled, the textures return to the zonemap.

It seems like Foglight is "stealing" the map jigsaw piece textures from the zonemap. I can post screenshots to clarify if necessary. Hope you're able to fix the issue

Thats a problem with the game itself. I don't use cartographer and I noticed the same problem yesterday myself. But recently I didn't have the problem. Either another addon I added recently or its related to the last patch that has seemingly caused some other problems along the route.

I am not sure why but Zone Info is not working for me at all.
I have it Enabled but it still does not say anything about the zones.

I love cartographer but would love it much more it it would be possible to change the icon-size of poi a little bit smaller. Especially in Wintergrasp the big blue dots are annoying me.

Since the last patch Cartographer and Quest Guru dont seem to like each other. I really dont want to have to drop eather. Is there a update in the works for Cartographer?

this is one of the very few times i've posted in this site cos i always have no problems with the addons. i've been using cartographer since a year ago. and this problem is start to annoy to that extent i have to post

how the hell u get rid of that error msg? it always appears when u open up the map when u are in BG or WG or instances , or whenever u are in raid or party.

pressing OK on that error doesnt solve anything. it just re-appear 1 sec later.

PLEASE COME OUT WITH AN UPDATE TO REMOVE THAT ERROR ! I LOVE U VERY MUCH !

Does anyone know a way to turn off POI? Mainly for Wintergrasp, Hellfire and Cities? The dang blue dots obscure useful information (who owns a resource/tower). If i delete them they will be recreated upon exit.

rating over 9000 ^_~ lol I love cart, please never forget us widdle cart admirers! Seriously, I would go nuts w/o Cart *sigh* it's one of my 'can't live without' addons lol


Another thing, Cart isn't as big as it might look, if anything is pretty small. But you have the ability to tune your cart easier and the ability to turn off what you can't use with more ease and less likely of breaks.

Seriously Cart is one of the most user-friendly addons, specially map ones, out there. Pretty much anything can be used with it. It really isn't bigger, just more options. ^_~
