I recently discovered that a longstanding "dead spot" in my UI (I use the mouse to look/move) was caused by the resize borders of the dufault UI's chatframes. It seems that they don't ignore the mouse when chat frames are locked. So this simple little mod will fix that. This doesn't change the intended behavior of the chat frames when unlocked one bit.

I just couldn't get why I was unable to click on chat links that were on the bottom line. I didn't know it had to do with being locked though.
