Would be great if this was updated. QuestInfo is too big of an addon when I just need to see available quest givers within a certain lvl range.

Great AddOn, one thing I was wondering though - are there plans to offer an option to turn off the 'purple circle' icons for the minimap icons? For nodes that aren't always there, like the _Mining and _Herbalism plugins, it makes sense for the icon to fade as you get closer so you can see if the node is populated ... but quest givers are always there.

Been using this for a day or two, since I've started playing wow again after a year hiatus.

Is there a way to 'search' for a particular npc that you've seen before? Like have the addon post a note about a paricular npc on your minimap?

hi. im getting a kind of bug recently on a new char that ive started where the notes are added by they dont progress probably. i meet a new quest giver and the note will be made, but the quests will always be 'available' even though ive picked them up, and stay like that until hand it where it turns to 'done'. any ideas?

Version 26541 is the latest working version for Cartographer released on wowinterface.com .

But if you edit Cartographer_Quests.toc and change in line 18 to Version 26939 also works.
For me this was important because Quests not for your Level or already done do not show up.

I know there are newer releases (of Cartographer and Quests) out at wowace.com but I don't like these, because they sometimes bring trouble with them e.g. popping up ace2 errors because libraries are incompatible with libraries brought together with another addon. I consider wowace to be more comfortable for authors and betatesters but not for users wanting more stable releases(at the price of some new features).

The 'newest' version that I can get to work is 26541
those newer then it simply wont work, wont register quests, wont make notes, wont be findable under 'quest' under cartographer.

Caught it. Cartographer r26329 has no support for LoD modules (which Quests is using). You need at least r26399 (currently beta). Quick fix : change Quests TOC to have :

## LoadOnDemand: 0

Cartogrpaher_Notes is embedded in Cartographer r26329. That shouldn't cause any trouble.

Cartographer Quests is not loading. Which means, no, I cannot choose "Quests" on my map in game.

What is not loading ? The full addon (the quest menu doesn't even show in cartographer dropdown) or just the notes (i.e. you have the quest menu) ? And what are you talking about "Notes" module ? Is there a separate "Cartographer_Note" folder at the same level as "Cartographer" and "Cartographer_Quests" ?
