PriorityMail is a simple mail sending addon designed to complement ExpressMail. It provides three simple features that should make mass-mailing simple: auto-fill of the last recipient, alt-clicking items in your bag to attach and send immediately, and auto-send on 12 attachments.

Just saying, Right Mouse Click automaticly adds items to the mail (if i remember right)
