since this is coded in php how do you add just a server that has a ( ' ) in it as apostrophes are use heavily in php coding i add just zul'jin and i get a parse error

It doesn't have anything to do with the WoW client. You don't even have to have WoW installed for this to work. It pulls data directly from
http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/realmstatus/status.xml
P.S. I'm sending a new RAR file with a runnable realmstatus.php as we speak.

hmm i thought it ran in wow pulling the info from a php server, having seen its just a php file, i see it doesnt, doh.
