HotCandy is a simple HoT Tracker for Druids and Priests.
HotCandy is based on the Ace2 Framework and supports all HoTs and hopefully all of the major set bonuses - which you can enable in the commandline configuration.
Documentation:
Use /hotcandy or /hot to bring up the commandline menu.
/hot anchor
Will show a little anchoring frame, which you can drag around to position the Bars HotCandy will produce.
/hot growup
Will tell HotCandy to position the Bars on top of the anchor, growing up from there.
/hot texture
Select the Bar Texture for the Timer Bars. Supports SharedMediaLib.
/hot width
Configure the width of the Bars.
/hot format
Various options to control the format of the text on the bars.

I know this sounds utterly ridiculous but Id like to see a tracking of healing way similar to the life bloom tracking. I play a shaman healer and a druid healer and am so used to hot candy bars - well, on the times I do want to cast something other than chain heal, would it be possible to track this buff similarly?
I like the changes you have made to this lately, but there's still one thing missing that keeps me from using this which would otherwise be a great addon: Lifebloom stacking only shows when you cast it on yourself. There's no Lifebloom stack count on other targets. Personally, I find this too important to neglect.
i like it, altho you should add lifebloom stacks so you can see how many stacks you have instead of just "lifebloom". Also you should have some sort of "focus" frame where you can set the focus on say a maintank and you can always see his lifebloom stacks on a seperate bar.
Also if you swiftmend a rejuv or regrowth then it should get removed from the bar !

It's a good addon, but not very configurable. I don't like how there's a huge space between the spell icon and the timer. All the empty spaces makes it hard to make the bar smaller. An option to configure font and bar sizes would also be nice.
Most important remains however: Please make the text in the bar more compact.
awesome mod, fits right in with what i already have, but u may want to have a height adjustment or scaling options or something.
right now they're just really short bars that look funny with such a large height in comparison ^^"
And possibly even an alpha option, cus i have them right in the midle of my screen so i don't miss it.
edit: and maybe centre alligning the words? cus the words get cut off if the bars become too short, but there's still plenty of room to the left of the words. you'll see what I mean when u try a width of 80 or so.
The key thing is that Healbot (and other similar mods) have static displays, meaning, the people represented by the bar never changes. If Person_A is the first person in the Healbot list, he will ALWAYS be the first person. For this mod, the bars are constantly changing. Dynamic data is not capable of allowing decisions to be made. This change was intentional and is what broke mods like Decursive.
I'm wondering if you'll support the other bar textures. I'm using NotSteel on my other Ace bars.
As for clicking bars... How does Healbot manage it? It would be great to have a refresh spell ability by clicking directly on the bar of an expiring timer.

Clicking the Bar, sorry .. thats no longer possible with the UI changes from 2.0

One thing I did notice - it does not recognize the Draenei racial spell "Gift of the Naaru" as a HoT. That would be a wonderful addition to the AddOn!
<edit>One of my guild member said that it seemed like one should be able to re-cast the spell on that target by clicking the bar. Maybe an idea for the next version?</edit>

Originally posted by Nevcairiel In theory it would, i guess, but with a fair amount if inaccuracy due to the way the spell cast messages work.
And since HoTs stack now, i didnt see a real point in investigating that any further
It's nice to see if everyone is stacking hots like they should in certain situations. For example ... if there are two priests on the raid assigned to "hotting", I'd like to see if there are two hots on the MT. *shrugs* Was just wondering.
