CHANGELOG:
041508 - Updated all addons to 2.4. RELEASE NOTES: Still not 100% happy with button layouts on aspect ratios other than 1.25. I will more than likely be correcting that over the course of the next couple weeks.
112907 - Added RAR option for download.
111707 - removed a TON of additional addons. You will now need to supply your own threat meter, map addon, etc. Updated sewellui lua script to be 2.3 compliant
072707 - Automated installer, /sewellui LUA, multiple resolution support. You may still have to play with Pitbull, because for some reason their profiles can't be called globally from a lua script... BTW - credit goes to Ansu of SpartanUI - the majority of the auto-config code is his creation.
071207 - Updated several plugins and deleted some to address loading times
062507 - Updated several plugins - added some new ones - Updated unit frames layouts to be more configurable - Updated Raid layouts
061107 - Updated some settings in lua files that were causing a weird error message.
061007 - Fixed PVP/BG Raid frames using Grid as default now. Tweaked lua for pitbull to improve player/target frames - Minor adjustments to quartz and pitbull settings.
060507 - Updated to Pitbull (instead of AG_UF), other small additions, major overhall of the top portion of the screen. Changed the lower portion to house damage meter and map on lower right side, left side now contains two chat windows on top of each other. Changed the spell/trinket cooldown timers to omnicc to free up more screen real-estate.
053007 - Updated 2.1 plugins, removed additional WTF layouts - they were causing problems - updated installation directions
052607 - Updated 2.1 plugins, added 3 options for WTF layouts
052407 - Added note about 2.1 Patch.
050307 - NONE. This is the first release!
NOTICE: IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM
FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS - if you hit problems, you probably need to pop a ritalin and re-read the directions.
Read these forums first, read the wowace.com forums for specific addon problems, if you think it's a problem with the installation, I need to know if there are addons in your interface\addons directory, are my saved variables copied to your wtf\REALM\LOGINNAME\savedvariables directory? what happens when you type in /sewellui in the game. what resolution are you running.
If you are a tank, you will probably want to disable BANZAILIB in the pitbull, module settings. Otherwise, while you have aggro, the entire screen will be flashing red...
First off i like to thank the maker of this UI I have been using it for a couple of days and I LOVE IT! There is one little thing that bugs me though. I want to get the same gloss over the buttons that there are on the screenshots. I saw CyCircled came with the Volm addon and thats the exact button style im looking for but how is it possible to get the gloss over it just like the screenshot? Any help is appreciated Thanks!
Thought I would check in to see how the forums were going. Only a couple scrambled screens = good times! For the most part I see people are figuring it out nicely.
I have made several changes to the raid layouts... will probably post patch .lua files for grid. I have since stopped using Pitbull for all grouping and am only using it for player, target, target of target, and focus. The rest is handled using Grid. Good times.
I used Sewell 4.0 in the past and wanted to use this new version. All I get is a scrambled screen with circular buttons and /sewellui does nothing, I wish it worked like 4.0 did.
As promised, here are the screens of my UI. Majority of the Credit goes to Sewell. This is just the variation i use for my larger monitor. Partly because i am hard of seeing when something becomes so tiny.
I love ya, Sewell, but baggins had to go man. i think i kept pretty much everythign else, and added a few things. any questions, lemme know via PM. if it's concerning Sewell's UI, be kind, ask the man himself and take it easy on him.
gosh. if it wasn't for life being as it is, i'd almost forgotten about these forums.
I know, terrible of me. but, alas, having a daughter will do that to a man. (five weeks old now)
But, not too long ago i had purchased a nice, new gateway, sporting the new phenom quad core yes, i splurged myself.
But i play on a 32" monitor, a size clearly not supportted by our good man Sewell's ui.
Well, after procuring a new comp, figured i'd check out the UI i love, and so ventured back here. Found out i'm in the credits. WHOOT. i will continue to support sewell, as well as offer insight and beta test his UI. check me in a little bit, i gotta go login and snag a nice screen shot with my Mage (the now lvl 26 priest shots don't use all the buttons Nimune does, so.)
Things continue to grow and flourish for Sewell as i see his download ticks slowly creep upwards. I wish you the best of luck ,and keep them amazing Ui's coming, bro.

after installing this new version of sewellui i seem to have lost the sound of clearcasting, very annoying and decreases active dps. Any ideas what might be causing this?

i dislike it when i put my mouse over something and it has that huge box of information... is there any way i can throw it back up in the top left corner where it use to be?
The newest suite from sewell, does not come with any addon changing the way tooltips are displayed... you need to get cowtip or something simular to change the position of your tooltip.

i went to install the new sewellui and it did not look anything like the picture given. i went back to 4.0 for the moment so i could play but a couple issues i had was there was zero frames and i could not choose sewellui profile settings... like sewellui16 all it had was default.
