This mod provides a set of tools to help people like me who like to play 2 char at once. These tools are for the second char (bot). This mod uses the ACE2 library. All required libraries are included in this zip.
Features:
- Messages relay: Able to relay messages the Bot gets in Whister,Party,Guild,Raid and transfer them to your main via whisper.
- Follow: The bot will follow you upon using the /followme emote on him.
- Sticky Follow: Follow will be automatically resumed when the fight is over.
- Follow warning: The bot will warn you if he stops following.
- Pass Loot : The bot will auto pass on loot random window.
- Buff Warning: The bot will warn you when he loses a buff. (Durration for a buff to be warn can be set in options).
- Low Life Warning: The Bot will warn you when it health goes under a pre defined %.
- Low mana warning: The bot will warn you when it mana goes under a pre defined %.
- Mini map icon: With Options UI.
- Fubar compatible.
- Relay to channel : You can have the bot relay vis whispers or a defined channel
Usage:
/tb : for the list of commands. Every command can be trigger on/off.
Setting your master is the first step to using this mod. Do so by doing /tb master playername

yea i know that i called it that "bot" toon cause of this post [You cannot remove a master from the history list but all the relay can be turned on and off at will in the options you can also disable the whole mob if your problem is still there. I usually only load the mob on the bot pc not on the master i haven't really code it with that i mind. Ill see what i can do in furter releases to add maybe a master mode.]

I just updated the mod for 3.1 and included the fix from Enitria for the party invite bug.
If there any other bug or feature idea please let me know i haven't read all the post yet but judging by the number i guess this mob was more popular than i though.

Thankew! I did wind up adding a rudimentary remote mount command (w/o UI) and I added code so that join/disband/mount was available in chat/whisper/emote mode. If I remember correctly, you did not have an emote mode disband. Heh, i'm OCD. The remote mount is pretty useful, I just had to remember to start using it. What creatures of habit we are.
To really make the mount command useful, besides the UI, it also needs to choose between non-fly/fly areas for obvious reasons and between slow/fast mounts in case you're two-boxing with a lowbee. Nothing especially difficult, but has to be sandwitched between writing War and Peace II, playing WoW, creating a web site, playing WoW, editing a novella, playing WoW, life, etc., etc.

This as far as I know cannot be done within the API.

Any way to include an option to where the minion will be able to enter a vehicle without actually flipping over and clicking the mammoth/bike yourself?
How do i remove a master? Or stop the slave from relaying to the master? I switch between slave/master on my two accounts all of the time, and i can't stop the relaying of quests accepts and so forth, when i switch.

I have not used twoboxtoolkit in a while, but if it has a similar feature then its definitly a patch related error.
It was a patch related error and there is both a patch for it up by basictheprogram for TwoBox (which he posted about below, and is located here) and Useful Extras which has most of TwoBoxes old functionality and more, while still being consistently updated, had a release awhile ago to fix the issue as well.
I've been working on this addon for my own selfish needs. It looks to be abandonware. I've tried for the last couple weeks to get a response from the developer but have received nothing back.
Any possibility we can pool our efforts?
Maybe get the code into a revision control system (I prefer bzr)?
I do not seen any specific license information so I do not know if it's possible to even put the code some place other then here on WoWI, but uploading patches via the "Optional File" tab is not good way to maintain an AddOn.

I'm also going to add a remote mount command, I know how, I just need to find the time to provide a UI so you don't have to edit the lua for whatever mount(s) you may be using. Heh, for the most part I'd rather use my spare time to play WoW instead of writing code.
