This addon does very simple thing ... It shows what you are currently tracking in short text form at the bottom of your minimap (and also it hides that awfull tracking icon )

See Fonts.xml (http://wdn.wowinterface.com/code/liv...eXML/Fonts.xml) for a list of Blizz defined fonts. You can switch any of those in at line 21 of vTrack. I switched mine to NumberFontNormalSmall.

For anyone using SimpleMinimap with the coords in the bottom left corner enabled, may I suggest repositioning the text to the bottom right corner by replacing line 23 with "txt:SetPoint("BOTTOMRIGHT", -2, 4) "

And for you Wraanger: How about at least the ability to cancel tracking our current item somehow? We'll let barmods and profession mods and class mods provide functionality for selecting and activating different tracking skills, but the only way I knew to cancel tracking period was by r-clicking the button you've hidden. Other than that, I love this mod! Every little contribution to the perfect UI helps!

Love the addon, very helpful! However, one question: how would I go about changing the font? I poked around in the .lua but things started exploding. Any help would be appreciated!

Honestly, don;t think so ... this addon was made to be simple and .... simple )
There are multitude of excellent addons which provides functionality you need .. this one just make display of tracking a bit more handy ...

vTrack doesn't seem to be hiding the ugly track icon on Squeenix (the minimap mod I use).

Its just cosmetic with the beast in cat form...
The best thing is that it hides the tracking icon at the minimap now....

Tbh, Dreadlorde, I do not think it's worth posting in the current state ...

i dunno, may be I am wrong but I feel that it needs much more work ...

I have tried to utilize new addon - Dash ...so there are some frames hiddenon the diferent layer ))
